king_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la prevail_v there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o the_o assistance_n of_o this_o statute_n for_o we_o can_v imagine_v any_o prince_n can_v be_v so_o impolitic_a as_o to_o punish_v those_o who_o have_v venture_v their_o all_o to_o maintain_v he_o in_o his_o government_n this_o beside_o the_o ingratitude_n of_o the_o action_n will_v proclaim_v the_o injustice_n of_o his_o cause_n and_o will_v serve_v only_o to_o ruin_v his_o interest_n f._n notwithstanding_o this_o objection_n you_o have_v now_o make_v i_o doubt_v not_o but_o this_o clause_n will_v bear_v a_o very_a fair_a he_o intend_v to_o enjoy_v the_o advantage_n of_o his_o injustice_n upon_o supposition_n therefore_o that_o the_o victory_n have_v fall_v on_o the_o side_n of_o a_o king_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la the_o act_n will_v be_v whole_o superfluous_a f._n but_o why_o may_v we_o not_o also_o suppose_v that_o this_o clause_n be_v insert_v not_o only_o to_o secure_v those_o who_o have_v assist_v the_o king_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la against_o your_o king_n de_fw-fr jure_fw-la but_o also_o to_o debar_v all_o those_o who_o have_v fall_v from_o their_o allegiance_n to_o the_o king_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la from_o receive_v any_o benefit_n by_o this_o act_n if_o ever_o they_o shall_v plead_v it_o in_o their_o own_o justification_n after_o the_o king_n de_fw-fr jure_fw-la have_v prevail_v and_o be_v again_o
