it_o be_v enact_v that_o all_o and_o singular_a bailiff_n of_o liberty_n constable_n and_o other_o officer_n of_o village_n where_o vagrant_n and_o vagabond_n frequent_a shall_v have_v power_n diligent_o to_o examine_v they_o and_o of_o compel_v they_o to_o find_v sufficient_a pledge_n by_o sufficient_a manucaptor_n for_o their_o good_a behaviour_n and_o that_o if_o default_n be_v make_v in_o those_o vagrant_n and_o vagabond_n and_o that_o they_o can_v find_v pledge_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v very_o lawful_a for_o the_o aforesaid_a bailiff_n of_o liberty_n constable_n and_o
