ground_n through_o any_o neglect_n of_o we_o it_o be_v therefore_o order_v by_o this_o court_n and_o the_o authority_n thereof_o that_o beside_o the_o profit_n of_o the_o ferry_n former_o grant_v to_o the_o college_n which_o shall_v be_v continue_v there_o shall_v be_v yearly_o levy_v by_o addition_n to_o the_o country_n rate_v one_o hundred_o pound_n fellow_n one_o hundred_o pound_n give_v by_o the_o charge_n of_o prosecution_n of_o hues_n &_o cry_n it_o be_v order_v that_o what_o shall_v arise_v by_o occasion_n of_o escape_n from_o the_o country_n prison_n or_o flight_n from_o authority_n to_o avoid_v the_o same_o shall_v be_v pay_v by_o the_o treasurer_n of_o the_o country_n and_o such_o as_o arise_v by_o fly_v from_o any_o of_o our_o county_n prison_n or_o to_o escape_v any_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v defray_v by_o the_o treasurer_n of_o that_o county_n where_o the_o occasion_n do_v arise_v cry_n charge_v of_o hues_n and_o cry_n and_o such_o person_n as_o procure_v hues_n &_o cry_n upon_o their_o own_o particular_a occasion_n shall_v bear_v all_o the_o charge_n arise_v therefrom_o provide_v due_a account_n be_v make_v by_o such_o as_o demand_v pay_v 1660._o conveyance_n entertainment_n of_o stranger_n horse_n horse_n provision_n for_o horse_n viz._n one_o or_o more_o enclosure_n for_o summer_n hay_o and_o provender_n for_o winter_n with_o convenient_a stable-room_n and_o attendant_n under_o the_o penalty_n of_o two_o shilling_n six_o penny_n for_o every_o day_n default_n and_o double_a damage_n to_o the_o party_n thereby_o wrong_v except_o it_o be_v by_o sufficient_a watch_n house_n under_o the_o penalty_n of_o five_o pound_n 1._o l._n 2._o p._n 1._o and_o shall_v also_o provide_v at_o their_o own_o charge_n a_o safe_a and_o convenient_a place_n to_o keep_v all_o such_o powder_n and_o ammunition_n in_o as_o the_o chief_a military_a officer_n by_o order_n of_o the_o general_n court_n shall_v appoint_v under_o the_o penalty_n of_o ten_o pound_n ammunition_n town_n to_o provide_v watch_n â—ous_a â—nd_n stock_n of_o powder_n &_o ammunition_n and_o the_o select_a man_n of_o every_o town_n shall_v provide_v for_o every_o fifty_o soldier_n one_o barrel_n of_o good_a powder_n contain_v near_o one_o hundred_o pound_n one_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o pound_n of_o musket_n bullet_n and_o eight_o and_o twenty_o pound_n of_o good_a match_n and_o
