by_o the_o say_v m._n f._n here_o in_o england_n 14._o item_n that_o none_o of_o the_o party_n aforesaid_a agreement_n not_o to_o commence_v or_o prosecute_v any_o suit_n in_o prejudice_n of_o these_o agreement_n shall_v or_o will_v do_v or_o procure_v any_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v by_o any_o suit_n plaint_n action_n or_o attachment_n against_o the_o say_v c._n d._n or_o any_o other_o within_o the_o realm_n of_o england_n whereby_o the_o performance_n of_o these_o present_a agreement_n or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v or_o may_v in_o any_o part_n be_v impeach_v trouble_v or_o let_v and_o that_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v acquit_v and_o relinquish_v all_o and_o every_o former_a suit_n and_o attachment_n whatsoever_o have_v or_o make_v which_o shall_v or_o may_v in_o any_o wise_a let_v or_o prejudice_v the_o true_a performance_n and_o fulfil_n the_o say_a agreement_n contain_v in_o these_o present_n or_o any_o of_o they_o 15._o item_n the_o say_v c._n d._n do_v hereby_o agree_v etc._n to_o take_v upon_o he_o administration_n to_o discharge_v the_o debt_n etc._n etc._n to_o take_v upon_o he_o the_o say_a administration_n and_o thereof_o to_o administer_v true_o and_o faithful_o according_a to_o these_o present_a article_n and_o if_o there_o shall_v come_v sufficient_a to_o his_o hand_n to_o satisfy_v all_o the_o creditor_n of_o the_o say_v m._n f._n and_o any_o thing_n shall_v remain_v to_o he_o over_o and_o above_o what_o will_v satisfy_v according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_n that_o then_o upon_o reasonable_a request_n to_o he_o make_v and_o discharge_v thereof_o to_o he_o give_v by_o the_o say_v e._n f._n her_o executor_n or_o administrator_n he_o the_o say_v c._n d._n shall_v and_o will_v well_o and_o true_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v pay_v the_o remainder_n thereof_o unto_o the_o say_v e._n f._n her_o executor_n or_o administrator_n she_o or_o they_o put_v in_o reasonable_a security_n to_o the_o say_v c._n d._n by_o she_o or_o their_o own_o bond_n to_o re-pay_a the_o same_o or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o shall_v be_v lawful_o and_o true_o recover_v by_o any_o other_o creditor_n of_o the_o say_v m._n f._n 16._o item_n if_o any_o creditor_n or_o creditor_n contribute_v iâ—_n debt_n be_v recover_v by_o creditor_n not_o party_n hereunto_o then_o all_o to_o contribute_v of_o the_o say_v m._n f._n not_o party_n to_o these_o present_n do_v at_o any_o time_n commence_v any_o action_n or_o suit_n against_o the_o say_v c._n d._n as_o administrator_n of_o the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o the_o say_v m._n f._n present_n who_o debt_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o part_n or_o in_o whole_a according_a to_o this_o agreement_n shall_v out_o of_o their_o several_a dividend_n allow_v satisfy_v and_o pay_v part_n and_o part_v like_a unto_o the_o say_v c._n d._n so_o much_o of_o their_o part_n and_o proportion_n so_o receive_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o according_a thereunto_o as_o will_v satisfy_v and_o discharge_v the_o say_a debt_n or_o debt_n and_o damage_n and_o cost_v of_o suit_n for_o the_o same_o the_o say_v c._n d._n likewise_o contribute_v accord_v to_o his_o rate_n towards_o the_o same_o 17._o item_n it_o be_v further_a agree_v that_o if_o suit_n to_o give_v notice_n of_o suit_n any_o creditor_n of_o the_o say_v m._n f._n not_o party_n to_o this_o agreement_n shall_v or_o do_v commence_v any_o suit_n
