and_o propound_v the_o case_n thus_o what_o if_o the_o danger_n of_o scandal_n be_v great_a and_o manifest_a on_o the_o one_o side_n and_o the_o magistrate_n peremptory_a in_o his_o command_n and_o the_o thing_n command_v of_o great_a moment_n on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o doubt_n be_v whether_o of_o these_o two_o be_v to_o be_v regard_v i_o determine_v that_o the_o magistrate_n command_v shall_v in_o this_o case_n sway_v our_o conscience_n and_o that_o for_o these_o reason_n follow_v 1._o because_o by_o the_o magistrate_n command_v the_o thing_n require_v be_v make_v a_o necessary_a
