the_o church_n can_v judge_v civil_o or_o use_v civil_a and_o political_a mean_n to_o prosecute_v such_o a_o judgement_n to_o effect_v and_o so_o can_v heal_v breach_n of_o the_o civil_a peace_n make_v by_o such_o outrage_n yea_o but_o the_o magistrate_n shall_v call_v the_o sincerer_n part_n to_o meet_v again_o though_o the_o minor_a part_n ans_fw-fr if_o he_o do_v yet_o he_o must_v be_v
