or_o may_v allege_v the_o more_o he_o seem_v to_o prevaricate_v in_o his_o own_o prevarication_n cause_n and_o to_o argue_v against_o himself_o just_a as_o i_o have_v hear_v a_o pleader_n at_o the_o bar_n do_v in_o westminster_n hall_n when_o the_o judge_n interrupt_v he_o say_v to_o he_o you_o such_o a_o one_o if_o you_o love_v your_o client_n or_o his_o cause_n speak_v no_o more_o for_o you_o be_v all_o this_o while_n speak_v against_o he_o though_o you_o think_v you_o speak_v for_o he_o the_o like_a may_v i_o say_v of_o mr._n baxter_n and_o of_o his_o instance_n because_o they_o do_v not_o only_o not_o disprove_v but_o prove_v and_o confirm_v the_o truth_n of_o my_o charge_n against_o he_o for_o if_o it_o be_v the_o commander_n foreseeing_a and_o be_v oblige_v to_o prevent_v such_o a_o evil_a or_o mischief_n as_o his_o command_n will_v be_v though_o but_o per_fw-la accidens_fw-la the_o occasion_n of_o that_o make_v his_o command_n to_o be_v unlawful_a then_o if_o the_o commander_n do_v not_o foresee_v it_o or_o be_v not_o oblige_v to_o prevent_v it_o the_o command_n be_v not_o unlawful_a as_o mr._n baxter_n by_o his_o deny_v of_o the_o aforesaid_a good_a his_o aforesaid_a answer_n he_o do_v several_o insist_v upon_o to_o be_v but_o one_o namely_o suppose_v say_v he_o to_o kneel_v at_o the_o sacrament_n to_o be_v never_o so_o lawful_a in_o itself_o if_o it_o be_v impose_v by_o a_o frivolous_a penalty_n incomparable_o beyond_o the_o proportion_n of_o the_o offence_n that_o penalty_n be_v a_o accident_n of_o the_o command_n and_o make_v it_o by_o impertinent_a as_o any_o of_o the_o former_a i_o mean_v as_o to_o the_o discharge_v he_o from_o the_o charge_n i_o charge_v he_o with_o and_o which_o his_o deny_v of_o the_o aforesaid_a proposition_n prove_v he_o to_o be_v guilty_a of_o for_o suppose_v all_o that_o he_o suppose_v in_o this_o instance_n to_o be_v unjustpenalty_n never_o so_o true_a namely_o that_o the_o penalty_n for_o not_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n be_v a_o accident_n to_o the_o command_n of_o kneel_v and_o suppose_v too_o that_o penalty_n to_o be_v incomparable_o beyond_o the_o proportion_n of_o the_o offence_n and_o consequent_o must_v needs_o make_v the_o command_n itself_o to_o be_v sinful_a in_o the_o commander_n of_o it_o under_o such_o a_o penalty_n suppose_v all_o this_o i_o say_v to_o be_v true_a what_o then_o do_v this_o prove_v the_o command_n of_o a_o thing_n lawful_a in_o itself_o and_o command_v under_o no_o unjust_a penalty_n to_o be_v sinful_a in_o the_o commander_n of_o it_o for_o this_o it_o must_v prove_v or_o it_o prove_v nothing_o at_o all_o as_o to_o the_o discharge_n mr._n baxter_n from_o what_o his_o denial_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a proposition_n prove_v against_o he_o for_o do_v act_n in_o itself_o lawful_a and_o second_o no_o other_o act_n whereby_o a_o unjust_a penalty_n be_v enjoin_v nor_o three_o any_o circumstance_n whence_o direct_o or_o per_fw-la accidens_fw-la any_o fraudulent_a scandalous_a and_o injurious_a and_o i_o be_o afraid_a malicious_a also_o as_o to_o the_o intention_n and_o design_n of_o they_o and_o first_o they_o be_v fraudulent_a and_o fraudulent_o
