who_o such_o prelate_n do_v not_o impose_v it_o if_o magistrate_n presbyter_n and_o people_n conspire_v to_o call_v a_o able_a man_n to_o the_o work_n and_o service_n of_o the_o lord_n whether_o he_o be_v justify_v for_o refuse_v it_o what_o ever_o the_o church_n suffer_v by_o it_o mere_o because_o the_o prelate_n call_v he_o not_o sect._n 24._o though_o the_o forementioned_a work_n do_v all_o belong_v to_o the_o office_n of_o the_o ministry_n yet_o there_o must_v be_v opportunity_n and_o a_o particular_a call_v to_o the_o exercise_n of_o they_o before_o a_o man_n be_v actual_o oblige_v to_o perform_v the_o several_a act_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v not_o without_o sense_n and_o reason_n that_o in_o ordination_n the_o bishop_n say_v to_o the_o ordain_v take_v thou_o authority_n to_o read_v or_o to_o preach_v the_o word_n of_o god_n when_o thou_o shall_v be_v threunto_o lawful_o call_v not_o that_o another_o call_v of_o authority_n be_v necessary_a to_o state_n they_o in_o the_o office_n or_o to_o oblige_v they_o to_o the_o duty_n in_o general_n but_o we_o must_v in_o the_o invitation_n of_o people_n or_o their_o consent_n to_o hear_v we_o or_o other_o such_o advantageous_a particular_a call_v by_o his_o patient_n before_o he_o exercise_v his_o skill_n this_o call_n to_o a_o particular_a act_n be_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o intimation_n or_o signification_n of_o the_o will_n of_o god_n that_o hic_fw-la &_o nunc_fw-la we_o shall_v perform_v such_o a_o work_n which_o be_v do_v by_o providence_n cause_v a_o concurrence_n of_o such_o invite_a circumstance_n that_o a_o particular_a call_n and_o not_o be_v guilty_a of_o negligence_n in_o omit_v those_o other_o part_n one_o man_n man_n may_v live_v only_o among_o infidel_n and_o uncalled_a one_o and_o so_o be_v oblige_v only_o to_o preach_v the_o gospel_n to_o they_o in_o order_n to_o conversion_n and_o may_v die_v before_o he_o see_v any_o ready_a to_o be_v baptize_v another_o may_v be_v take_v up_o in_o guidance_n and_o worship_n if_o one_o be_v best_o in_o expound_v and_o another_o in_o lively_a application_n tâ—ey_n may_v lawful_o and_o â—itly_o divide_v the_o work_n between_o they_o and_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v impute_v to_o they_o for_o unfaithfulnss_n and_o negligence_n that_o one_o forbeareâ—h_v what_o the_o other_o do_v for_o we_o have_v our_o gift_n to_o the_o church_n edification_n and_o first_o cause_n of_o power_n so_o all_o that_o deserve_v the_o name_n of_o christian_n be_v agree_v that_o there_o be_v no_o church_n power_n but_o what_o be_v from_o christ_n the_o head_n and_o sovereign_a king_n of_o the_o church_n sect._n 3_o as_o the_o will_n of_o god_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o all_o thing_n and_o no_o thing_n but_o the_o signification_n of_o it_o be_v necessary_a to_o ordainer_n be_v not_o the_o only_a discerner_n or_o judge_n but_o the_o person_n himself_o the_o people_n and_o the_o magistrate_n have_v all_o the_o forementioned_a part_n in_o the_o work_n and_o god_n himself_o go_v before_o they_o all_o and_o by_o providence_n frequent_o point_v they_o out_o the_o man_n who_o they_o be_v bind_v to_o choose_v ordain_v accept_v and_o submit_v unto_o and_o that_o by_o these_o particular_a act_n sect._n 16._o 1._o as_o god_n do_v plain_o describe_v the_o person_n in_o the_o word_n so_o he_o do_v qualify_v they_o according_o by_v his_o gift_n and_o that_o one_o man_n by_o advantage_n of_o part_n acquaintance_n opportunity_n interest_n etc._n etc._n a_o special_a fitness_n for_o one_o place_n and_o people_n above_o other_o man_n and_o so_o to_o in_o the_o ordain_v of_o minister_n the_o people_n may_v choose_v and_o the_o pastor_n may_v invest_v but_o its_o god_n only_o by_o the_o gospel_n charter_n that_o confer_v the_o power_n from_o himself_o sect._n 21._o hence_o it_o be_v plaâ—n_o that_o the_o argument_n be_v vain_a that_o be_v common_o use_v by_o the_o prelate_n from_o nemo_n that_o quod_fw-la non_fw-la habet_fw-la for_o it_o the_o protestant_n churches_n that_o have_v not_o such_o bishop_n be_v true_a church_n and_o have_v not_o a_o true_a ministry_n than_o neither_o roman_a greek_a armenian_a aethiopian_a etc._n etc._n
