law_n under_o his_o great_a seal_n will_v be_v with_o the_o high_a folly_n self-contradiction_n and_o want_v of_o sincerity_n imaginable_a object_n x._o that_o his_o now_o majesty_n in_o a_o speech_n heretofore_o make_v by_o he_o in_o this_o present_a parliament_n do_v by_o implication_n agree_v that_o he_o have_v not_o by_o wish_v that_o he_o have_v such_o power_n as_o be_v now_o insist_v on_o
