foreign_a service_n and_o repair_v home_o to_o serve_v the_o commonwealth_n of_o england_n according_a to_o their_o duty_n under_o pain_n to_o be_v severe_o punish_v and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o no_o english_a ship_n either_o merchant_n or_o other_o may_v be_v hereafter_o lose_v take_v or_o yield_v up_o by_o the_o treachery_n or_o cowardice_n of_o any_o mariner_n or_o other_o aboard_o the_o say_a or_o any_o other_o ground_n or_o reason_n neglect_v to_o do_v his_o duty_n in_o defence_n of_o the_o ship_n wherein_o he_o be_v master_n or_o commander_n or_o if_o any_o mariner_n or_o other_o person_n whatsoever_o aboard_o any_o such_o ship_n shall_v treacherous_o offer_v to_o cry_v for_o quarter_n or_o to_o yield_v up_o the_o say_a ship_n without_o the_o special_a order_n of_o the_o say_a
