from_o hence_o forth_o i_o shall_v bear_v faith_n &_o true_a allegiaunce_n to_o the_o queen_n highness_n her_o heir_n and_o lawful_a successor_n and_o to_o my_o power_n shall_v assist_v and_o defend_v all_o jurisdiction_n privilege_n preeminence_n &_o authority_n grant_v or_o belong_v to_o the_o queen_n highness_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n or_o unite_a and_o annex_v to_o th'imperial_a crown_n of_o this_o realm_n so_o help_v i_o god_n and_o the_o content_n of_o this_o book_n and_o that_o it_o may_v be_v also_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o such_o archbishop_n bishop_n or_o any_o other_o promotion_n benefice_n &_o office_n and_o every_o temporal_a and_o lay_a promotion_n and_o office_n which_o he_o have_v sole_o at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o refusal_n make_v and_o that_o the_o whole_a title_n interest_n and_o incumbencye_n in_o every_o such_o promotion_n benefice_n and_o other_o office_n as_o against_o such_o person_n only_o so_o refuse_v during_o his_o life_n shall_v clear_o cease_v &_o be_v void_a as_o though_o the_o party_n so_o refuse_v be_v dead_a and_o that_o also_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o refuse_v to_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n shall_v immediate_o after_o such_o refusal_n be_v from_o thensforth_o during_o his_o life_n disable_v to_o retain_v or_o exercise_v any_o office_n or_o other_o promotion_n which_o he_o at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o refusal_n have_v joint_o or_o in_o common_a with_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n that_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o shall_v be_v prefer_v promote_v or_o collate_v to_o any_o archebysshopryke_n or_o bysshopryke_v or_o to_o any_o other_o spiritual_a or_o ecclesiastical_a benefice_n promotion_n dignity_n office_n or_o ministry_n or_o that_o shall_v be_v by_o your_o highness_n your_o heir_n or_o successor_n prefer_v or_o promote_v to_o any_o temporal_a or_o lay_a office_n ministry_n or_o service_n within_o this_o realm_n or_o in_o any_o your_o highness_n dominion_n before_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v take_v upon_o he_o or_o they_o to_o receive_v use_v exercise_n supply_v or_o occupy_v any_o such_o archebyshoprike_v byshoprike_v promotion_n dignity_n office_n ministry_n or_o service_n shall_v likewise_o make_v take_v &_o receive_v the_o say_v corporal_a oath_n before_o mention_v upon_o the_o which_o shall_v be_v promote_v or_o prefer_v to_o any_o degree_n of_o learn_v in_o any_o university_n wtin_n this_o your_o realm_n or_o dominion_n before_o he_o shall_v receive_v or_o take_v any_o thaucthoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v hereafter_o indict_v or_o arraign_v for_o any_o the_o offence_n make_v ordain_v reviue_v or_o adjudge_v by_o this_o act_n onlesse_a theridamas_n be_v two_o sufficient_a witness_n or_o more_o to_o testify_v and_o declare_v the_o say_v offence_n whereof_o he_o shall_v be_v indict_v or_o arraign_v and_o that_o the_o say_v
