objection_n may_v be_v this_o that_o although_o the_o parliament_n or_o the_o two_o house_n of_o parliament_n opinion_n can_v make_v any_o law_n without_o the_o king_n consent_n yet_o the_o king_n may_v make_v law_n without_o their_o consent_n in_o some_o case_n namely_o when_o the_o public_a safety_n be_v concern_v that_o such_o a_o law_n or_o such_o law_n shall_v be_v make_v though_o one_o or_o both_o of_o the_o house_n will_v not_o consent_v to_o it_o in_o such_o a_o case_n i_o say_v not_o according_a to_o my_o own_o but_o mr._n baxter_n opinion_n such_o a_o law_n or_o such_o law_n house_n of_o parliament_n though_o never_o so_o much_o for_o the_o public_a good_a or_o never_o so_o necessary_a for_o the_o preservation_n of_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n but_o this_o i_o will_v say_v that_o though_o such_o law_n can_v be_v make_v without_o their_o consent_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o they_o nor_o law_n their_o consent_n to_o they_o that_o make_v they_o to_o be_v law_n for_o then_o and_o especial_o for_o the_o same_o reason_n also_o namely_o for_o be_v disturber_n of_o the_o public_a peace_n and_o hold_v such_o principle_n as_o be_v destructive_a to_o monarchy_n the_o one_o service_n for_o the_o nonconform_a minister_n be_v oblige_v to_o exercise_v their_o ministry_n though_o they_o be_v by_o law_n forbid_v to_o do_v it_o so_o peculiar_a to_o they_o but_o that_o if_o it_o have_v any_o force_n in_o it_o any_o man_n that_o have_v be_v ordain_v and_o thereby_o be_v consecrate_v and_o devote_v to_o the_o ministerial_a function_n may_v lay_v claim_n to_o it_o and_o
