than_o it_o shall_v receive_v part_n of_o its_o right_n and_o authority_n to_o govern_v from_o thence_o and_o by_o consequence_n some_o part_n of_o the_o government_n must_v be_v lodge_v in_o the_o synod_n which_o it_o can_v neither_o challenge_v by_o human_n or_o divine_a right_n god_n have_v nowhere_o commit_v such_o a_o power_n to_o the_o church_n and_o therefore_o not_o to_o synod_n and_o without_o any_o such_o convention_n of_o the_o clergy_n but_o though_o these_o reason_n shall_v prove_v such_o a_o right_n in_o general_n to_o belong_v to_o the_o supreme_a power_n yet_o it_o can_v be_v doubt_v but_o that_o the_o same_o power_n may_v so_o far_o dispense_v with_o the_o execution_n of_o it_o as_o to_o consent_v that_o no_o law_n shall_v be_v make_v relate_v to_o religion_n without_o the_o counsel_n and_o approbation_n of_o the_o clergy_n but_o if_o it_o may_v be_v think_v reasonable_a to_o have_v the_o advice_n of_o the_o clergy_n in_o all_o matter_n of_o such_o
