to_o obey_v they_o that_o rule_n over_o they_o and_o submit_v themselves_o because_o they_o watch_v over_o their_o soul_n heb._n 13.17_o and_o he_o that_o hear_v they_o hear_v christ_n and_o god_n that_o send_v he_o and_o he_o that_o despise_v they_o despise_v christ_n and_o god_n that_o send_v he_o to_o that_o purpose_n we_o read_v in_o luk._n 10.17_o and_o how_o can_v this_o possible_o be_v authority_n and_o power_n and_o the_o same_o no_o doubt_n great_a than_o any_o prince_n civil_a in_o the_o world_n be_v invest_v withal_o for_o they_o can_v command_v so_o as_o to_o make_v the_o disobedient_a liable_a to_o eternal_a penalty_n he_o grant_v further_a that_o they_o have_v power_n to_o baptise_v and_o by_o baptism_n admit_v into_o christ_n kingdom_n which_o be_v a_o spiritual_a naturalisation_n and_o also_o to_o absolve_v and_o excommunicate_v yet_o the_o former_a be_v a_o act_n of_o legislation_n the_o latter_a of_o jurisdiction_n and_o how_o can_v that_o be_v perform_v without_o power_n thus_o the_o man_n be_v please_v to_o confute_v himself_o yet_o in_o the_o act_n of_o jurisdiction_n we_o do_v not_o affirm_v the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n to_o be_v infallible_a because_o they_o can_v have_v no_o infallible_a knowledge_n of_o the_o inward_a disposition_n of_o the_o soul_n of_o person_n penitent_a or_o impenitent_a yet_o sometime_o the_o evidence_n of_o the_o cause_n be_v such_o
