shall_v be_v provide_v by_o this_o bill_n that_o upon_o our_o commitment_n we_o may_v have_v instant_o recourse_n to_o the_o chancery_n for_o a_o habeas_fw-la corpus_fw-la retornable_a in_o that_o court_n which_o be_v always_o open_a that_o partly_o upon_o the_o receipt_n thereof_o the_o writ_n must_v be_v return_v and_o the_o cause_n thereupon_o express_v if_o then_o this_o remedy_n be_v
