esteem_n or_o quality_n a_o man_n fame_n or_o good_a name_n be_v in_o equal_a balance_n with_o his_o life_n as_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v draw_v away_o to_o be_v attendant_a on_o any_o other_o action_n that_o be_v of_o small_a weight_n or_o importance_n than_o itself_o be_v for_o this_o be_v one_o of_o those_o action_n which_o for_o the_o special_a pre-eminence_n thereof_o be_v call_v actiones_fw-la praeindiciale_n that_o be_v such_o that_o draw_v small_a cause_n unto_o they_o but_o themselves_o be_v draw_v of_o none_o other_o but_o such_o as_o be_v like_o principal_a or_o great_a than_o themselves_o be_v so_o that_o unless_o the_o manner_n of_o proceed_v bring_v these_o cause_n under_o the_o compass_n of_o the_o common_a law_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o i_o have_v before_o show_v the_o couple_a of_o they_o with_o another_o matter_n of_o the_o same_o law_n will_v hardly_o bring_v they_o under_o the_o trial_n thereof_o for_o that_o there_o be_v few_o action_n great_a than_o itself_o be_v so_o that_o if_o the_o crime_n be_v ecclesiastical_a howsoever_o it_o touch_v a_o temporal_a cause_n the_o trial_n shall_v be_v still_o at_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n and_o the_o same_o that_o i_o say_v of_o diffamation_n rise_v out_o of_o ecclesiastical_a crime_n i_o hold_v also_o to_o be_v true_a in_o diffamation_n spring_v out_o of_o temporal_a crime_n where_o punishment_n be_v require_v for_o the_o offence_n commit_v and_o amends_n in_o money_n be_v not_o demand_v unless_o happy_o that_o grow_v of_o penance_n enjoin_v which_o the_o offender_n will_v redeem_v by_o
