chief_a justice_n and_o the_o duchy_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o whereof_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n and_o chancellor_n of_o the_o duchy_n be_v to_o be_v two_o and_o in_o this_o case_n two_o commission_n shall_v issue_v forth_o viz._n one_o under_o the_o great_a seal_n and_o the_o other_o under_o the_o seal_n of_o the_o duchy_n xxii_o the_o fee_n for_o every_o such_o commission_n shall_v be_v 2_o s._n 6_o d._n to_o the_o king_n for_o the_o seal_n and_o 5_o s._n to_o the_o clerk_n for_o writing_n and_o enrol_v it_o and_o no_o more_o xxiii_o a_o commission_n of_o sewer_n shall_v continue_v in_o force_n but_o three_o year_n from_o the_o testae_fw-la and_o the_o king_n by_o a_o supersedeas_fw-la out_o of_o the_o chancery_n may_v discharge_v any_o commission_n or_o commissioner_n at_o his_o pleasure_n xxiv_o the_o law_n decree_n or_o ordinance_n of_o the_o commissioner_n shall_v continue_v no_o long_o in_o force_n then_o their_o commission_n unless_o they_o be_v engross_v in_o parchment_n and_o certify_v under_o their_o seal_n into_o the_o chancery_n and_o the_o king_n assent_n obtain_v thereunto_o xxv_o when_o any_o such_o commission_n be_v direct_v into_o wales_n and_o any_o other_o county_n palatine_n two_o commission_n shall_v issue_v out_o viz._n one_o under_o the_o great_a seal_n and_o the_o other_o under_o the_o seal_n of_o such_o county_n palatine_n in_o like_a manner_n as_o be_v above_o ordain_v for_o the_o duchy_n of_o lancaster_n xxvi_o the_o king_n assent_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v certify_v into_o the_o chancery_n under_o his_o privy_a seal_n without_o fee_n only_o the_o clerk_n shall_v have_v two_o shilling_n for_o write_v the_o certificate_n and_o not_o above_o xxvii_o the_o chancellor_n of_o the_o principality_n of_o wales_n or_o any_o other_o county_n palatine_n have_v the_o custody_n of_o the_o seal_n there_o upon_o request_n make_v and_o upon_o sight_n of_o the_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n may_v thereupon_o make_v out_o another_o under_o the_o seal_n of_o such_o county_n palatine_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o the_o king_n commission_n and_o also_o to_o the_o commissioner_n therein_o name_v except_o within_o the_o duchy_n of_o lancaster_n for_o which_o the_o provision_n abovesaid_a shall_v be_v observe_v xxviii_o stat._n 25_o h._n 8.10_o none_o shall_v be_v compel_v to_o be_v swear_v or_o to_o sit_v or_o travel_v in_o the_o execution_n of_o any_o commission_n of_o sewer_n unless_o he_o be_v dwell_v within_o the_o county_n whereof_o he_o be_v assign_v a_o commissioner_n xxix_o if_o any_o commissioner_n be_v require_v by_o any_o have_v authority_n by_o the_o king_n writ_n or_o otherwise_o to_o give_v he_o the_o oath_n provide_v by_o 23_o h._n 8.5_o shall_v refuse_v to_o take_v it_o upon_o such_o refusal_n or_o contempt_n do_v in_o chancery_n or_o return_v thither_o with_o the_o say_v write_v he_o shall_v lose_v five_o mark_n for_o every_o such_o contempt_n unless_o he_o allege_v sufficient_a cause_n in_o chancery_n the_o same_o term_n wherein_o such_o return_n be_v make_v for_o his_o excuse_n and_o discharge_v in_o that_o behalf_n xxx_o stat._n 3._o 4_o e._n 6.8_o the_o statute_n of_o 23_o h._n 8.5_o be_v make_v perpetual_a in_o such_o manner_n as_o it_o may_v stand_v with_o the_o sequel_n and_o addition_n hereafter_o mention_v xxxi_o all_o sum_n of_o money_n rate_v by_o commission_n of_o sewer_n upon_o any_o of_o the_o king_n land_n shall_v be_v leviable_a by_o distress_n or_o otherwise_o as_o may_v be_v do_v in_o the_o land_n of_o other_o person_n and_o acquittance_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o such_o collector_n or_o receiver_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o the_o commissioner_n or_o any_o six_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v a_o sufficient_a discharge_n as_o well_o to_o the_o tenant_n of_o the_o king_n land_n as_o also_o to_o the_o receiver_n auditor_n or_o other_o officer_n for_o the_o allowance_n of_o the_o say_a rate_n to_o such_o tenant_n xxxii_o like_a fee_n shall_v be_v pay_v for_o commission_n and_o dedimus_fw-la potestatem_fw-la under_o the_o duchy_n seal_n as_o be_v pay_v for_o they_o obtain_v under_o the_o great_a seal_n xxxiii_o a_o commission_n of_o sewer_n shall_v endure_v five_o year_n unless_o
