party_n to_o these_o present_n by_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o these_o present_n 102._o and_o moreover_o it_o be_v agree_v between_o of_o how_o money_n â—ound_v in_o either_o of_o their_o hand_n etc._n etc._n shall_v be_v dispose_v of_o the_o say_a party_n that_o whatsoever_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n at_o or_o upon_o the_o foot_n of_o any_o account_n or_o account_n concern_v this_o copartnership_n shall_v be_v find_v to_o be_v remain_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o any_o clerk_n or_o clerk_n or_o in_o the_o hand_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a copartner_n or_o of_o common_a deal_n the_o other_o of_o they_o survive_v that_o in_o such_o case_n no_o advantage_n by_o the_o survivor_n of_o the_o say_a party_n in_o right_a or_o in_o respect_n of_o his_o survivorship_n shall_v hold_v or_o take_v place_n or_o be_v by_o he_o or_o they_o challenge_v take_v or_o demand_v but_o that_o such_o part_n and_o portion_n of_o in_o and_o to_o the_o say_v principal_a stock_n so_o large_a simple_a and_o beneficial_a manner_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v or_o ought_v to_o have_v grow_v due_a to_o be_v pay_v or_o satisfy_v unto_o the_o say_v decease_v copartner_n himself_o if_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o add_v or_o put_v by_o the_o say_v a._n b._n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n and_o the_o moiety_n or_o one_o half_a of_o all_o the_o gain_n will_v at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n during_o the_o continuance_n of_o the_o say_a copartnership_n at_o and_o upon_o the_o reasonable_a request_n of_o the_o say_v a._n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n do_v covenant_n grant_v and_o agree_v to_o and_o with_o the_o say_v a._n b._n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n by_o these_o present_n that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o say_a term_n of_o ten_o year_n that_o the_o say_v a._n b._n shall_v grow_v in_o dislike_n or_o shall_v be_v mind_v to_o give_v over_o and_o discontinue_v his_o joint_a trade_n and_o deal_n with_o the_o say_v c._n d._n and_o that_o the_o say_v a._n b._n do_v or_o shall_v give_v one_o half_a year_n warning_n of_o such_o his_o
