lawful_a for_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n who_o shall_v by_o warrant_n summon_v the_o cart_n and_o carriage_n within_o the_o division_n of_o the_o new-forest_n in_o the_o county_n of_o southampton_n aforesaid_a to_o have_v power_n as_o to_o the_o carriage_n of_o timber_n only_o to_o allow_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o the_o several_a owner_n of_o such_o cart_n and_o carriage_n not_o realm_n who_o in_o the_o late_a time_n of_o tyranny_n and_o oppression_n have_v be_v great_a sufferer_n and_o thereby_o much_o impoverish_v in_o their_o estate_n and_o fortune_n for_o remedy_n wherein_o your_o majesty_n most_o loyal_a subject_n the_o knight_n citizen_n and_o burgess_n assemble_v in_o parliament_n do_v most_o humble_o beseech_v your_o most_o excellent_a majesty_n that_o it_o may_v be_v declare_v and_o enact_v and_o be_v it_o declare_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n by_o and_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o lord_n spiritual_a of_o the_o sheriff_n of_o or_o belong_v to_o any_o city_n and_o county_n or_o town_n and_o county_n within_o this_o realm_n but_o that_o the_o same_o sheriff_n or_o sheriff_n shall_v or_o may_v do_v as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v use_v or_o accustom_v within_o the_o say_a county_n of_o middlesex_n and_o city_n of_o london_n and_o westminster_n and_o such_o other_o city_n and_o county_n or_o town_n and_o county_n aforesaid_a any_o thing_n herein_o before_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o exchequer_n how_o sheriff_n shall_v be_v ease_v in_o pass_v their_o
