to_o the_o law_n or_o that_o great_a office_n for_o some_o have_v grow_v by_o grant_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o king_n prerogative_n which_o both_o the_o law_n and_o the_o chancery_n allow_v and_o be_v to_o allow_v of_o right_a so_o it_o be_v not_o in_o derogation_n of_o their_o authority_n and_o may_v stand_v with_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n for_o the_o king_n bench_n proceed_v by_o bill_n without_o original_a against_o such_o as_o be_v prisoner_n to_o the_o marshal_n thereof_o and_o that_o just_o for_o that_o no_o law_n can_v prescribe_v the_o king_n a_o form_n to_o proceed_v in_o justice_n for_o those_o cause_n that_o be_v before_o himself_o but_o he_o may_v receive_v any_o complaint_n without_o writ_n and_o proceed_v as_o it_o please_v he_o so_o he_o observe_v the_o law_n for_o justice_n &_o judgement_n which_o be_v do_v there_o as_o well_o as_o in_o the_o common_a plea_n where_o all_o come_v in_o by_o original_a writ_n for_o though_o it_o be_v not_o by_o like_a form_n for_o process_n yet_o it_o be_v by_o the_o same_o form_n of_o plead_v and_o judgement_n &_o in_o matter_n &_o substance_n of_o law_n all_o one_o and_o in_o this_o part_n it_o be_v manifest_a that_o this_o authority_n also_o in_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n to_o direct_v out_o original_a writ_n be_v by_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n give_v unto_o he_o and_o his_o form_n prescribe_v to_o he_o by_o the_o law_n how_o he_o shall_v make_v they_o and_o to_o that_o purpose_n there_o be_v a_o book_n of_o law_n leave_v in_o the_o chancery_n that_o the_o chancery_n man_n be_v bind_v to_o follow_v which_o be_v call_v the_o register_n and_o if_o the_o writ_n be_v not_o make_v according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o law_n thereby_o prescribe_v the_o judge_n will_v reject_v they_o and_o judge_v they_o void_a which_o be_v call_v in_o law_n abate_v of_o the_o writ_n so_o as_o it_o be_v apparent_a that_o in_o this_o also_o his_o lordship_n and_o his_o office_n be_v by_o the_o common_a law_n and_o be_v member_n of_o the_o common_a law_n and_o that_o he_o do_v it_o not_o by_o any_o other_o authority_n above_o law_n or_o beside_o it_o 5._o then_o be_v consider_v of_o his_o lordship_n authority_n to_o judge_v which_o appear_v in_o 9_o e._n 4._o fol._n 14._o in_o a_o book-case_n to_o be_v of_o two_o sort_n or_o by_o two_o power_n viz._n one_o according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o common_a law_n or_o positive_a law_n which_o be_v there_o say_v to_o be_v potentia_fw-la ordinata_fw-la which_o be_v in_o process_n in_o plead_v and_o in_o judgement_n according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o common_a law_n of_o the_o land_n the_o other_o be_v say_v absoluta_fw-la potentia_fw-la which_o be_v in_o process_n according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n to_o send_v for_o the_o party_n to_o answer_n and_o receive_v his_o answer_n if_o he_o will_v make_v it_o &_o then_o proceed_v to_o examine_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o matter_n and_o if_o he_o will_v not_o answer_v but_o be_v contumax_n yet_o his_o honour_n be_v to_o proceed_v to_o the_o examination_n of_o the_o truth_n and_o not_o to_o condemn_v he_o in_o the_o cause_n for_o his_o obstinacy_n if_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o the_o matter_n be_v not_o good_a against_o he_o and_o there_o be_v note_v this_o difference_n which_o be_v apparent_a and_o common_a in_o practice_n that_o where_o the_o proceed_n be_v according_a to_o ordinary_a power_n mispleading_a on_o either_o part_n may_v mar_v his_o matter_n and_o the_o judgement_n must_v be_v according_a to_o the_o law_n howsoever_o the_o equity_n of_o the_o case_n shall_v fall_v out_o but_o if_o the_o proceed_n by_o according_a to_o absolute_a power_n though_o the_o party_n mis-plead_a if_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n shall_v perceive_v the_o matter_n to_o be_v good_a on_o his_o side_n his_o lordship_n be_v to_o judge_v for_o he_o for_o who_o equity_n serve_v be_v it_o the_o plaintiff_n or_o defendant_n for_o that_o he_o be_v to_o judge_v as_o he_o shall_v find_v the_o matter_n to_o be_v in_o conscience_n good_a or_o bad_a and_o not_o as_o he_o shall_v find_v the_o plead_n to_o be_v formal_a and_o good_a or_o vicious_a and_o evil_a or_o as_o the_o law_n will_v in_o the_o case_n as_o for_o example_n in_o such_o action_n as_o be_v bring_v in_o the_o chancery_n before_o the_o l._n chancellor_n as_o a_o audita_fw-la querela_fw-la to_o avoid_v a_o recognisance_n for_o nonage_n or_o other_o good_a cause_n in_o law_n and_o in_o action_n bring_v according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o law_n either_o by_o any_o of_o the_o court_n or_o against_o any_o of_o they_o by_o reason_n of_o their_o privilege_n and_o in_o voucher_n upon_o aid-prayer_n of_o the_o king_n and_o such_o other_o whatsoever_o action_n be_v pursue_v there_o according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o the_o law_n his_o lordship_n be_v not_o to_o regard_v what_o conscience_n will_v in_o the_o case_n but_o be_v tie_v to_o the_o strict_a course_n of_o law_n so_o as_o if_o the_o matter_n be_v against_o conscience_n in_o his_o lordship_n opinion_n yet_o he_o be_v to_o adjudge_v with_o he_o that_o the_o law_n serve_v for_o yea_o if_o his_o matter_n appear_v to_o be_v good_a and_o his_o counsel_n have_v lose_v it_o by_o plead_v his_o lordship_n can_v not_o help_v it_o in_o judgement_n nor_o if_o the_o law_n be_v against_o he_o though_o equity_n &_o conscience_n will_v seem_v for_o he_o but_o on_o the_o other_o side_n if_o the_o proceed_n be_v by_o the_o absolute_a power_n howsoever_o the_o party_n or_o his_o counsel_n oversee_v or_o set_v forth_o their_o matter_n &_o whatsoever_o the_o precise_a rule_n of_o law_n require_v if_o his_o lordship_n perceive_v by_o his_o wisdom_n that_o the_o cause_n in_o conscience_n be_v good_a on_o his_o side_n his_o lordship_n be_v to_o adjudge_v with_o he_o for_o that_o then_o judgement_n be_v to_o proceed_v secundum_fw-la conscientiam_fw-la &_o veritatem_fw-la and_o not_o in_o forma_fw-la juris_fw-la but_o in_o any_o case_n that_o be_v there_o in_o form_n of_o law_n if_o it_o fall_v out_o that_o in_o conscience_n it_o ought_v to_o be_v relieve_v the_o party_n may_v put_v in_o a_o bill_n &_o follow_v it_o in_o that_o course_n and_o then_o his_o lordship_n may_v stay_v the_o course_n of_o law_n 6._o then_o be_v it_o inquire_v whether_o his_o lordship_n may_v take_v order_n in_o all_o cause_n which_o be_v against_o conscience_n or_o that_o the_o law_n have_v limit_v they_o also_o and_o allow_v of_o some_o to_o hold_v in_o that_o course_n and_o some_o not_o and_o it_o seem_v that_o conscience_n whereby_o his_o lordship_n be_v to_o judge_v be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v simpliciter_fw-la and_o to_o be_v simplex_n conscientia_fw-la but_o regulata_n conscientia_fw-la and_o therein_o to_o follow_v order_n and_o course_n accustom_v viz._n to_o take_v order_n in_o such_o case_n as_o by_o the_o course_n of_o the_o court_n have_v be_v order_v beforetime_n and_o in_o cause_n of_o like_a equity_n or_o great_a wherefore_o oftentimes_o precedent_n be_v seek_v for_o and_o require_v and_o for_o lack_v of_o precedent_n it_o have_v be_v seek_v how_o case_n in_o the_o like_a reason_n or_o in_o eodem_fw-la respectu_fw-la with_o that_o that_o be_v then_o in_o question_n have_v be_v use_v to_o prove_v that_o that_o court_n may_v take_v cognizance_n of_o the_o cause_n as_o for_o example_n it_o be_v against_o conscience_n that_o a_o rich_a father_n shall_v suffer_v a_o honest_a son_n to_o beg_v &_o that_o a_o rich_a son_n shall_v suffer_v a_o good_a father_n to_o want_v yet_o his_o lordship_n in_o those_o case_n can_v make_v the_o one_o to_o give_v away_o his_o good_n to_o relieve_v the_o other_o according_a to_o conscience_n but_o that_o which_o that_o regulata_n conscientia_fw-la relieve_v be_v not_o when_o one_o keep_v his_o own_o unconscionable_o but_o when_o one_o seek_v a_o other_o man_n good_n or_o land_n or_o to_o trouble_v his_o person_n unconscionable_o either_o by_o colour_n of_o law_n or_o extort_a power_n further_o or_o otherwise_o than_o in_o good_a conscience_n it_o ought_v to_o be_v then_o his_o lordship_n proceed_v according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o that_o court_n be_v in_o conscience_n to_o relieve_v the_o party_n that_o be_v so_o deal_v with_o or_o his_o land_n or_o good_n so_o take_v or_o seek_v contrary_a to_o conscience_n 7._o and_o it_o be_v think_v that_o if_o it_o be_v unconscionable_a that_o be_v do_v if_o the_o law_n in_o ordinary_a course_n may_v give_v a_o competent_a remedy_n and_o the_o party_n sufficient_o able_a to_o follow_v it_o and_o that_o there_o be_v no_o defect_n in_o any_o circumstance_n but_o that_o by_o the_o law_n the_o party_n wrong_v may_v be_v relieve_v that_o his_o lordship_n ought_v not_o to_o deal_v in_o it_o but_o refer_v it_o to_o the_o law_n to_o be_v judge_v
the_o law_n be_v in_o the_o case_n and_o to_o imprison_v the_o party_n if_o he_o will_v not_o be_v rule_v by_o he_o and_o forbear_v the_o benefit_n of_o law_n in_o every_o thing_n that_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n think_v to_o be_v unconscionable_a so_o as_o it_o seem_v upon_o the_o first_o object_n for_o that_o his_o lordship_n be_v neither_o bind_v to_o the_o trial_n nor_o the_o judgement_n that_o the_o statute_n appoint_v to_o be_v observe_v as_o it_o seem_v upon_o the_o letter_n that_o his_o authority_n be_v above_o law_n or_o beside_o law_n &_o so_o the_o great_a charter_n of_o england_n no_o further_o hold_v than_o it_o please_v the_o lord_n chancellor_n of_o england_n also_o it_o appear_v by_o practice_n that_o no_o man_n have_v jurisdiction_n to_o judge_v according_a to_o the_o law_n before_o he_o have_v some_o grant_n or_o commission_n from_o the_o king_n or_o queen_n out_o of_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n office_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n that_o be_v in_o his_o keep_n and_o also_o by_o course_n of_o the_o common-law_n save_v some_o particular_a prescription_n in_o some_o particular_a court_n the_o judge_n can_v hold_v plea_n in_o any_o cause_n until_o his_o lordship_n send_v they_o it_o by_o a_o original_a writ_n frame_v in_o the_o chancery_n retornable_a before_o the_o judge_n by_o his_o lordship_n appointment_n but_o when_o it_o be_v well_o consider_v that_o the_o charter_n and_o statute_n of_o magna_fw-la charta_fw-la be_v that_o none_o of_o these_o thing_n shall_v be_v do_v but_o according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n and_o that_o every_o king_n be_v swear_v to_o observe_v it_o and_o that_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n be_v appoint_v by_o the_o king_n to_o his_o office_n it_o be_v conceive_v that_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n appoint_v these_o thing_n to_o be_v thus_o do_v by_o his_o lordship_n for_o some_o necessary_a cause_n know_v to_o they_o that_o first_o invent_v the_o law_n and_o so_o that_o great_a office_n and_o the_o great_a charter_n and_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n may_v all_o stand_v together_o wherefore_o then_o be_v seek_v for_o when_o that_o great_a office_n of_o chancery_n be_v erect_v by_o who_o and_o for_o what_o cause_n and_o it_o be_v find_v to_o be_v erect_v by_o the_o institutor_n of_o the_o common_a law_n as_o a_o member_n thereof_o of_o necessity_n to_o observe_v order_n in_o make_v of_o judge_n direction_n of_o suit_n and_o to_o relieve_v and_o supply_v in_o those_o case_n where_o the_o judge_n by_o the_o general_a ground_n and_o rule_n of_o law_n can_v not_o give_v competent_a remedy_n by_o law_n according_a to_o conscience_n and_o equity_n as_o shall_v hereafter_o be_v more_o plain_o show_v and_o so_o his_o lordship_n nor_o his_o office_n no_o derogation_n to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n but_o his_o office_n a_o member_n and_o he_o a_o judge_n thereof_o without_o who_o the_o law_n can_v not_o have_v the_o perfection_n order_n and_o due_a honour_n that_o it_o have_v for_o the_o better_a perceive_v whereof_o it_o be_v note_a first_a that_o those_o the_o king_n nobles_z and_o commons_o whosoever_o and_o whensoever_o they_o be_v that_o institute_v the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n do_v see_v that_o it_o be_v best_a to_o make_v it_o so_o as_o it_o may_v stand_v of_o general_n ground_n and_o rule_n that_o may_v comprehend_v all_o particular_a case_n that_o shall_v fall_v out_o and_o to_o bind_v all_o that_o be_v in_o one_o case_n to_o one_o judgement_n without_o respect_n of_o person_n or_o other_o circumstance_n or_o else_o the_o law_n can_v not_o direct_v the_o judge_n how_o they_o shall_v proceed_v in_o judgement_n for_o if_o consideration_n of_o the_o person_n or_o other_o circumstance_n may_v have_v give_v a_o scope_n to_o the_o judge_n to_o judge_v by_o one_o rule_n one_o case_n one_o way_n and_o another_o another_o way_n the_o judge_n may_v have_v make_v of_o the_o golden_a rule_n of_o the_o law_n a_o leaden_a rule_n to_o bend_v at_o his_o will_n and_o so_o confusion_n will_v have_v follow_v and_o infinite_a inconvenience_n for_o avoid_v whereof_o they_o make_v the_o rule_n to_o reach_v all_o person_n alike_o according_a to_o justice_n which_o regard_v the_o person_n of_o no_o man_n in_o judgement_n then_o they_o do_v see_v that_o many_o will_v be_v overreach_v for_o some_o be_v too_o simple_a and_o will_v trust_v untrusty_a person_n and_o be_v circumvent_v and_o be_v meet_v therefore_o to_o be_v holpen_v some_o will_v fall_v into_o the_o lash_n of_o the_o law_n ignorant_o and_o therefore_o not_o to_o be_v punish_v as_o those_o that_o offend_v of_o malice_n many_o may_v crafty_o over_o reach_v their_o neighbour_n by_o get_v the_o better_a end_n of_o the_o staff_n and_o some_o by_o strength_n bear_v they_o down_o if_o by_o some_o extraordinary_a authority_n the_o weak_a be_v not_o uphold_v and_o the_o simple_a provide_v for_o and_o the_o subtle_a prevent_v for_o in_o many_o case_n man_n may_v offend_v &_o wrong_v their_o neighbour_n in_o subtle_a sort_n and_o be_v wrong_v by_o hap_n or_o simplicity_n or_o ignorance_n and_o yet_o the_o general_n rule_n of_o the_o law_n can_v not_o full_o reach_v or_o relieve_v they_o that_o be_v so_o overreach_v or_o circumvent_v wherefore_o the_o institutor_n of_o the_o law_n find_v it_o to_o be_v a_o thing_n of_o necessity_n to_o tie_v the_o judge_n to_o follow_v the_o law_n in_o judgement_n in_o all_o case_n general_o alike_o as_o the_o case_n require_v and_o yet_o to_o constitute_v one_o supreme_a judge_n further_o trust_v than_o the_o rest_n that_o may_v have_v a_o authority_n absolute_a and_o extraordinary_a to_o supply_v and_o reform_v those_o particular_a case_n that_o may_v happen_v as_o aforesaid_a according_a to_o equity_n and_o good_a conscience_n and_o to_o bind_v the_o party_n not_o to_o follow_v law_n where_o by_o law_n they_o may_v get_v more_o by_o subtlety_n or_o the_o other_o simplicity_n than_o conscience_n will_v here_o grow_v a_o objection_n that_o it_o be_v a_o dishonour_n to_o the_o law_n to_o have_v these_o want_n by_o this_o great_a man_n to_o be_v thus_o supply_v for_o that_o it_o show_v that_o she_o have_v not_o sufficiency_n and_o certainty_n in_o her_o ground_n and_o rule_n but_o this_o be_v nothing_o for_o there_o be_v no_o law_n in_o any_o nation_n but_o particular_a mischief_n have_v grow_v upon_o it_o nor_o ever_o any_o art_n or_o science_n have_v be_v so_o exquisite_o set_v down_o but_o disputable_a question_n have_v be_v find_v in_o it_o and_o that_o it_o can_v be_v otherwise_o one_o example_n may_v serve_v moses_n that_o be_v the_o lawgiver_n to_o god_n people_n and_o deliver_v it_o himself_o by_o inspiration_n be_v at_o the_o wall_n we_o see_v in_o his_o own_o book_n in_o divers_a case_n that_o happen_v both_o in_o the_o political_a law_n who_o shall_v inherit_v and_o the_o ceremonial_a law_n touch_v the_o uncleanness_n that_o come_v by_o touch_v a_o dead_a body_n and_o he_o be_v drive_v to_o refer_v it_o to_o god_n to_o be_v decide_v and_o can_v not_o decide_v it_o himself_o by_o the_o general_a rule_n of_o the_o most_o perfect_a law_n that_o ever_o be_v give_v to_o any_o some_o case_n that_o by_o law_n they_o can_v hardly_o find_v a_o good_a provision_n for_o but_o leave_v it_o to_o such_o as_o god_n shall_v appoint_v to_o utter_v his_o will_n by_o in_o case_n of_o the_o parliament_n have_v do_v as_o before_o the_o act_n he_o may_v have_v do_v for_o that_o so_o much_o be_v provide_v for_o as_o the_o whole_a three_o estate_n think_v meet_v to_o who_o judgement_n his_o lordship_n be_v to_o yield_v but_o if_o any_o go_v about_o to_o defraud_v any_o act_n of_o parliament_n or_o not_o able_a to_o seek_v relief_n as_o the_o statute_n appoint_v then_o as_o aforesaid_a according_a to_o conscience_n his_o lordship_n be_v to_o deal_v therein_o when_o and_o where_o as_o god_n and_o his_o conscience_n be_v to_o direct_v and_o no_o other_o nor_o other_o rule_n there_o can_v be_v for_o his_o direction_n in_o that_o behalf_n hereupon_o be_v it_o also_o conclude_v that_o his_o lordship_n authority_n judicial_a both_o by_o ordinary_a power_n and_o by_o intent_n of_o the_o law_n or_o the_o parliament_n allow_v he_o but_o by_o mean_n of_o that_o court_n and_o many_o thing_n that_o a_o good_a conscience_n will_v will_v a_o man_n to_o do_v in_o charity_n to_o his_o neighbour_n his_o lordship_n by_o his_o conscience_n can_v compel_v he_o to_o do_v by_o the_o course_n of_o that_o court._n 10._o but_o in_o all_o that_o discourse_v none_o can_v find_v how_o far_o his_o lordship_n absolute_a power_n go_v nor_o within_o what_o limit_n certain_a it_o can_v be_v contain_v nor_o by_o what_o mean_v he_o may_v find_v out_o the_o truth_n but_o that_o be_v without_o limitation_n refer_v to_o his_o own_o gift_n and_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n that_o give_v wisdom_n to_o find_v out_o the_o truth_n and_o conscience_n to_o judge_v according_o sometime_o to_o find_v it_o out_o by_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n as_o solomon_n do_v when_o no_o testimony_n can_v be_v find_v in_o the_o world_n yet_o he_o find_v by_o her_o bowel_n of_o compassion_n the_o true_a mother_n of_o the_o child_n and_o sometime_o it_o be_v find_v out_o by_o one_o mean_a and_o sometime_o by_o another_o but_o god_n never_o fail_v to_o give_v wisdom_n and_o mean_n to_o it_o in_o humility_n and_o with_o prayer_n at_o his_o hand_n who_o will_n which_o be_v infinite_a be_v the_o rule_n of_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n conscience_n and_o therefore_o his_o authority_n in_o that_o respect_n be_v infinite_a and_o not_o limit_v in_o certainty_n 11._o upon_o all_o these_o note_n the_o reader_n conclude_v with_o this_o note_n that_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o his_o lordship_n office_n and_o authority_n be_v by_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n and_o not_o derogatory_n thereto_o but_o be_v constitute_v by_o the_o lawmaker_n to_o supply_v those_o thing_n that_o the_o judge_n that_o be_v bind_v to_o the_o general_a rule_n can_v not_o relieve_v but_o in_o nothing_o to_o proceed_v to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o the_o law_n and_o to_o that_o end_n his_o lordship_n be_v make_v a_o judge_n of_o the_o law_n in_o some_o case_n and_o also_o a_o judge_n by_o conscience_n beside_o the_o general_a rule_n of_o law_n in_o some_o other_o case_n for_o that_o be_v a_o judge_n of_o the_o law_n as_o well_o as_o other_o his_o lordship_n be_v with_o other_o to_o uphold_v the_o credit_n of_o the_o law_n and_o that_o most_o of_o all_o other_o for_o that_o she_o give_v he_o great_a authority_n than_o any_o other_o and_o trust_v he_o above_o all_o the_o rest_n in_o that_o she_o tie_v all_o the_o rest_n to_o follow_v strict_a rule_n and_o leave_v he_o to_o rule_v by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n and_o his_o own_o conscience_n and_o to_o observe_v only_o the_o equity_n and_o not_o the_o strict_a rule_n thereof_o wherefore_o no_o man_n ought_v once_o to_o control_v his_o lordship_n judgement_n in_o any_o cause_n that_o he_o proceed_v in_o by_o his_o absolute_a power_n but_o be_v with_o reverence_n to_o yield_v unto_o it_o for_o as_o much_o as_o every_o one_o by_o the_o rule_n of_o charity_n and_o of_o the_o estimation_n that_o we_o ought_v to_o have_v of_o they_o that_o god_n have_v substitute_v over_o we_o be_v to_o judge_v the_o best_a that_o be_v that_o his_o lordship_n have_v proceed_v in_o singleness_n of_o heart_n according_a to_o his_o conscience_n and_o the_o director_n of_o a_o good_a man_n conscience_n be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n which_o be_v the_o perfect_a rule_n of_o righteousness_n howsoever_o it_o seem_v to_o man_n in_o his_o wit_n or_o judgement_n wherefore_o when_o his_o lordship_n have_v set_v down_o his_o judgement_n as_o god_n have_v guide_v his_o conscience_n in_o any_o case_n where_o he_o be_v judge_n by_o conscience_n though_o it_o differ_v from_o some_o other_o judgement_n give_v either_o by_o himself_o or_o any_o other_o good_a man_n that_o sit_v in_o his_o seat_n all_o man_n be_v bind_v to_o think_v that_o the_o case_n differ_v in_o some_o circumstance_n that_o they_o can_v see_v or_o have_v not_o understand_v it_o or_o that_o god_n in_o this_o case_n according_a to_o his_o good_a will_n which_o be_v subject_a to_o no_o rule_n but_o itself_o have_v order_v this_o thus_o and_o that_o so_o and_o each_o be_v according_a to_o god_n good_a will_n though_o different_a in_o our_o understanding_n the_o one_o from_o the_o other_o both_o to_o be_v righteous_a and_o just_a judgement_n and_o be_v not_o to_o be_v dislike_v or_o disobey_v of_o any_o 12._o but_o than_o be_v it_o
