any_o man_n person_n or_o estate_n but_o it_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o conscience_n unto_o they_o and_o with_o a_o good_a conscience_n they_o can_v swear_v but_o do_v deny_v it_o upon_o all_o to_o the_o law_n of_o christ_n and_o all_o that_o which_o be_v contrary_a in_o the_o execution_n thereof_o to_o be_v condemn_v and_o remove_v that_o a_o just_a man_n witness_n may_v be_v give_v and_o will_v testify_v as_o true_o as_o if_o he_o swear_v and_o for_o other_o who_o fear_v to_o swear_v false_o and_o do_v not_o so_o much_o fear_n to_o speak_v false_o without_o oath_n this_o be_v because_o there_o be_v a_o great_a punishment_n to_o such_o and_o it_o be_v account_v a_o great_a offence_n among_o man_n to_o swear_v false_o then_o to_o speak_v false_o and_o for_o the_o correct_n of_o that_o the_o punishment_n and_o offence_n shall_v be_v change_v and_o such_o as_o testify_v false_o without_o oath_n may_v be_v account_v offender_n and_o punish_v as_o such_o who_o swear_v false_o and_o this_o will_v bind_v the_o wicked_a in_o a_o sufficient_a fear_n and_o cause_v they_o to_o be_v afraid_a of_o testify_v false_o even_o as_o much_o as_o of_o swear_v false_o if_o the_o for_o darkness_n and_o darkness_n for_o light_n and_o good_a be_v call_v evil_a and_o evil_a good_a and_o true_a justice_n and_o judgement_n be_v pervert_v and_o turn_v backward_o and_o the_o be_v discern_v and_o the_o difference_n may_v be_v know_v betwixt_o a_o thing_n do_v out_o of_o a_o good_a conscience_n and_o for_o a_o good_a conscience_n sake_n and_o a_o thing_n do_v out_o of_o a_o can_v just_o be_v condemn_v by_o your_o law_n though_o they_o come_v into_o your_o assembly_n as_o they_o be_v move_v of_o the_o lord_n to_o object_n or_o reprove_v or_o exhort_v for_o they_o do_v it_o not_o in_o malice_n towards_o any_o but_o in_o love_n towards_o all_o and_o they_o can_v no_o more_o just_o be_v condemn_v than_o the_o apostle_n and_o saint_n in_o the_o primitive_a time_n who_o contrary_a to_o the_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o apostle_n and_o this_o practice_n of_o the_o servant_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o reprove_v evil_a and_o exhort_v to_o good_a be_v call_v a_o disturbance_n of_o the_o peace_n and_o a_o unlawful_a practice_n and_o such_o like_a it_o be_v false_o judge_v by_o unjust_a man_n who_o know_v not_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o lord_n way_n in_o these_o and_o other_o thing_n therefore_o be_v the_o people_n of_o god_n put_v to_o great_a suffering_n though_o they_o deny_v not_o the_o honour_n due_a to_o all_o man_n in_o the_o lord_n without_o bow_v the_o hat_n nor_o to_o affirm_v the_o truth_n in_o every_o cause_n in_o faithfulness_n without_o a_o oath_n now_o to_o keep_v on_o the_o hat_n which_o be_v a_o cover_n for_o the_o head_n to_o keep_v from_o cold_a or_o heat_n for_o health_n sake_n before_o any_o man_n whatsoever_o though_o never_o so_o great_a or_o noble_a be_v not_o any_o wrong_a or_o injury_n to_o the_o man_n honour_n to_o he_o nor_o be_v subject_a and_o please_v to_o that_o man_n who_o be_v of_o that_o spirit_n and_o of_o that_o nature_n which_o be_v not_o of_o god_n but_o exalt_v in_o pride_n and_o
