court_n in_o the_o name_n of_o bishop_n and_o that_o a_o patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n be_v not_o necessary_a etc._n etc._n by_o this_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o whole_a power_n of_o the_o bishop_n jurisdiction_n depend_v upon_o the_o opinion_n of_o these_o judge_n and_o if_o these_o judge_n opinion_n be_v not_o more_o prevalent_a than_o the_o common-law_n the_o jurisdiction_n of_o bishop_n be_v go_v if_o it_o be_v the_o dispensing-power_n ground_v on_o the_o late_a opinion_n of_o the_o judge_n be_v valid_a so_o that_o the_o last_o result_n will_v be_v this_o the_o bishop_n power_n must_v be_v destroy_v or_o the_o king_n dispensing-power_n must_v be_v recognise_v but_o although_o the_o matter_n be_v so_o full_o clear_v up_o in_o defence_n of_o his_o majesyt_n
