jefferies_n as_o his_o conncel_n in_o this_o case_n it_o have_v not_o be_v lose_v for_o want_n of_o speak_v to_o it_o as_o it_o be_v by_o the_o silence_n of_o some_o sergeant_n at_o law_n that_o be_v expect_v to_o make_v some_o reply_n in_o that_o case_n and_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n pemberton_n then_o sit_v upon_o the_o bench_n be_v willing_a to_o hear_v a_o reply_n what_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o that_o silence_n whether_o because_o they_o can_v not_o speak_v or_o because_o they_o will_v not_o speak_v or_o because_o they_o dare_v not_o to_o speak_v or_o because_o they_o have_v not_o sufficient_a fee_n to_o speak_v grandfather_n time_n must_v show_v but_o whether_o because_o one_o sergeant_n speak_v so_o much_o and_o other_o say_v nothing_o at_o all_o prohibition_n wear_v overthrow_v in_o westminster-hall_n shall_v be_v lest_o to_o consideration_n however_o the_o say_v jones_n say_v that_o he_o be_v encourage_v to_o take_v this_o way_n because_o divers_a of_o the_o king_n subject_n have_v thereby_o have_v relief_n former_o from_o the_o power_n of_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n who_o be_v under_o the_o same_o circumstance_n and_o therefore_o the_o say_a jones_n do_v humble_o pray_v sir_n george_n jefferies_n to_o consider_v that_o not_o every_o cause_n he_o have_v manage_v either_o for_o the_o plaintiff_n or_o defendant_n have_v go_v currant_n before_o the_o
