and_o declare_v to_o do_v and_o for_o the_o preservation_n of_o which_o you_o have_v engage_v the_o kingdom_n in_o a_o most_o desperate_a and_o bloody_a war_n in_o which_o service_n by_o your_o command_n and_o authority_n your_o petitioner_n husband_n have_v for_o almost_o six_o year_n together_o in_o judgement_n and_o conscience_n adventure_v his_o life_n and_o have_v always_o to_o this_o and_o liberty_n of_o england_n can_v afford_v it_o be_v not_o only_o his_o undoubted_a inheritance_n and_o birthright_n but_o also_o the_o purchase_n which_o he_o have_v earn_v with_o the_o hazard_n of_o his_o l●fe_n and_o price_n of_o his_o blood_n yet_o notwithstanding_o your_o petitioner_n say_v husband_n upon_o the_o false_a and_o lie_a information_n of_o one_o osbourne_n and_o one_o dowcet_n dowcet_n be_v imprison_v and_o the_o say_v osbourne_n conscious_a of_o his_o own_o guilt_n flee_v as_o a_o delinquent_n and_o now_o take_v advantage_n of_o the_o troublesomeness_n of_o the_o time_n and_o to_o increase_v the_o fury_n and_o rage_n of_o the_o people_n that_o so_o in_o a_o giddy_a and_o distemper_a crowd_n they_o may_v the_o better_o escape_v their_o deserve_a punishment_n for_o their_o desperate_a and_o dangerous_a treachery_n have_v most_o lying_o and_o malicious_o invent_v and_o inform_v that_o your_o petitioner_n husband_n declare_v to_o he_o the_o say_v osbourne_n that_o though_o they_o have_v be_v long_o treat_v with_o they_o all_o which_o according_a to_o their_o own_o principle_n do_v as_o your_o petitioner_n be_v ground_o inform_v by_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o kingdom_n render_v they_o liable_a as_o traitor_n to_o lose_v their_o life_n for_o their_o so_o long_o conceal_v a_o treason_n of_o such_o dangerous_a consequence_n but_o may_v it_o please_v your_o honour_n your_o petitioner_n husband_n no_o soon_o hear_v of_o the_o say_v lie_v information_n but_o instant_o and_o voluntary_o though_o he_o have_v be_v extreme_a sick_a for_o some_o
