fail_v this_o may_v be_v enough_o to_o take_v away_o the_o whole_a strength_n of_o your_o argument_n nevertheless_o for_o further_a answer_n we_o may_v also_o deny_v the_o consequence_n of_o your_o 17._o and_o reason_n require_v that_o some_o such_o supreme_a judicatory_n there_o shall_v be_v for_o controversy_n and_o case_n of_o doubt_n must_v not_o be_v draw_v out_o in_o infinitum_fw-la but_o partial_a and_o err_v so_o we_o suppose_v it_o will_v not_o be_v deny_v but_o the_o classis_fw-la may_v err_v the_o provincial_n synod_n may_v err_v the_o national_a may_v err_v and_o therefore_o by_o be_v no_o appeal_n which_o our_o congregation_n have_v not_o therefore_o we_o conclude_v that_o the_o dependency_n of_o the_o synagogue_n upon_o that_o superior_a judicatory_n do_v not_o prove_v that_o our_o congregation_n must_v depend_v upon_o the_o government_n of_o a_o synod_n especial_o this_o be_v consider_v withal_o that_o the_o judicatory_n upon_o which_o the_o synagogue_n do_v depend_v be_v not_o any_o synod_n but_o a_o assembly_n of_o another_o nature_n and_o though_o the_o supremacy_n must_v be_v somewhere_o even_o where_o god_n have_v appoint_v it_o to_o be_v yet_o the_o particular_a congregation_n may_v show_v as_o much_o for_o that_o appointment_n as_o the_o synod_n and_o this_o shall_v suffice_v for_o answer_v to_o this_o first_o argument_n only_o we_o will_v add_v
