that_o without_o the_o other_o he_o may_v offend_v also_o in_o ignorance_n and_o if_o the_o suitor_n come_v to_o speak_v with_o the_o judge_n and_o he_o by_o chance_n find_v he_o a_o sleep_n he_o must_v tarry_v till_o he_o awake_v and_o if_o then_o he_o will_v not_o or_o he_o can_v geeve_v ear_n unto_o he_o he_o must_v be_v content_v and_o if_o he_o cause_v his_o man_n to_o say_v he_o be_v conscience_n as_o at_o a_o other_o time_n he_o will_v seek_v to_o maintain_v justice_n it_o be_v true_a there_o be_v many_o other_o counsellor_n also_o that_o be_v both_o wise_a and_o learned_a and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o they_o know_v the_o law_n they_o can_v by_o no_o mean_n frame_v it_o to_o his_o client_n case_n want_v devyse_n and_o conveyaunce_n to_o join_v they_o togeether_o and_o so_o it_o happen_v many_o time_n that_o to_o compare_v it_o to_o his_o client_n case_n he_o conveyth_v he_o so_o unfit_o as_o of_o a_o plain_n case_n it_o be_v before_o it_o be_v now_o make_v altogeether_o a_o fold_n of_o infinite_a doubt_n i_o grant_v it_o be_v a_o great_a furtherance_n to_o the_o client_n to_o have_v a_o good_a &_o wise_a counsellor_n but_o it_o be_v a_o great_a deal_n more_o for_o their_o profit_n if_o they_o can_v geeve_v a_o sound_n and_o profound_a judgement_n of_o his_o case_n for_o it_o be_v not_o enough_o for_o the_o counsellor_n to_o be_v able_a to_o expound_v the_o law_n but_o it_o be_v beehovefull_a for_o he_o to_o apply_v it_o to_o his_o purpose_n and_o to_o apt_a it_o to_o time_n and_o place_n accord_v to_o the_o necessity_n of_o his_o cause_n

further_a also_o our_o client_n cause_n the_o better_a we_o will_v that_o the_o client_n be_v liberal_a and_o bountiful_a to_o his_o counsellor_n thereby_o the_o better_a to_o whet_v his_o wytt_n and_o to_o make_v he_o also_o take_v pain_n to_o study_v his_o case_n thorough_o be_v true_a that_o the_o counsellor_n geeve_v law_n as_o he_o have_v reward_n and_o that_o the_o counsellor_n also_o be_v careful_a of_o his_o client_n cause_n and_o to_o go_v through_o with_o that_o he_o take_v upon_o he_o and_o true_o to_o deserve_v that_o he_o take_v of_o every_o man_n for_o else_o they_o will_v
