this_o as_o also_o for_o the_o fruitfulness_n of_o their_o land_n chap._n 9_o in_o the_o next_o place_n he_o show_v they_o that_o they_o be_v to_o seek_v to_o god_n in_o all_o their_o necessity_n and_o not_o to_o idol_n he_o than_o prosecute_v his_o former_a prophecy_n concern_v israel_n restitution_n and_o victory_n and_o that_o he_o will_v recollect_v they_o and_o join_v they_o with_o to_o who_o she_o shall_v be_v a_o cup_n of_o tremble_a a_o burdensome_a stone_n and_o as_o a_o torch_n of_o fire_n in_o a_o sheaf_n that_o he_o will_v defend_v his_o people_n and_o increase_v their_o very_o vehement_a and_o sincere_a as_o when_o the_o people_n lament_v the_o death_n of_o their_o good_a king_n josiah_n and_o general_a throughout_o all_o rank_n and_o family_n and_o that_o not_o only_o in_o a_o public_a way_n but_o also_o by_o private_a humiliation_n in_o their_o private_a house_n and_o habitation_n zach._n 12._o whole_a chapter_n in_o the_o first_o part_n of_o the_o next_o to_o 7._o in_o the_o second_o part_n there_o be_v a_o prophecy_n of_o the_o suffering_n and_o death_n of_o christ_n the_o shepherd_n shall_v be_v smite_v and_o of_o the_o scatter_n of_o the_o visible_a church_n and_o of_o his_o care_n of_o his_o own_o v._o 7._o that_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o shall_v be_v cut_v off_o and_o but_o a_o few_o preserve_v who_o be_v purge_v by_o affliction_n shall_v increase_v in_o holiness_n and_o in_o the_o sense_n of_o god_n favour_n towards_o they_o zach._n 13._o whole_a chapter_n last_o he_o prophecy_v again_o of_o the_o destruction_n of_o jerusalem_n with_o a_o promise_n nevertheless_o that_o the_o lord_n will_v save_v and_o preserve_v a_o remnant_n that_o the_o instrument_n of_o this_o destruction_n shall_v not_o go_v unpunished_a nor_o the_o church_n perish_v by_o this_o stroke_n but_o thereby_o the_o way_n of_o salvation_n shall_v be_v make_v clear_a to_o the_o gentile_n and_o a_o free_a and_o large_a passage_n open_v for_o they_o to_o come_v into_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n with_o who_o the_o convert_a jew_n shall_v join_v he_o prophecy_n also_o that_o the_o state_n and_o condition_n of_o the_o church_n under_o the_o gospel_n shall_v be_v unsettle_a and_o mix_v of_o variety_n of_o dispensation_n the_o light_n shall_v not_o be_v clear_a nor_o dark_a yet_o so_o as_o in_o the_o end_n
