the_o general_n none_o but_o obstinate_a and_o very_a irreprovable_a man_n these_o be_v the_o dog_n and_o swine_n they_o be_v call_v dog_n in_o relation_n to_o their_o cruelty_n fierceness_n and_o rage_n against_o the_o gospel_n when_o it_o be_v offer_v to_o they_o as_o a_o check_n to_o their_o lust_n and_o restraint_n to_o their_o abomination_n as_o dog_n enrage_v will_v fly_v at_o a_o man_n when_o they_o be_v whip_v and_o beat_v for_o the_o mischief_n they_o do_v they_o will_v turn_v again_o and_o fly_v at_o his_o face_n so_o say_v our_o saviour_n christ_n there_o be_v a_o sort_n of_o man_n in_o the_o world_n to_o who_o if_o you_o speak_v never_o so_o serious_o savoury_o charitable_o and_o holy_o yet_o like_o dog_n they_o will_v turn_v again_o and_o rend_v you_o by_o swine_n he_o denote_v another_o sort_n of_o obstinate_a opposer_n one_o denote_v they_o furious_a this_o luxurious_a so_o as_o to_o be_v grow_v in_o love_n with_o their_o filthy_a way_n their_o sin_n and_o weak_a for_o it_o or_o which_o it_o do_v not_o at_o all_o concern_v it_o be_v a_o easy_a matter_n to_o wring_v a_o text_n so_o long_o by_o the_o nose_n as_o to_o make_v it_o bleed_v again_o and_o of_o the_o high_a point_n of_o wisdom_n to_o consider_v before_o who_o he_o utter_v word_n that_o concern_v god_n glory_n and_o do_v not_o while_o the_o notorious_o obstinate_a incorrigible_a and_o irreproveable_a be_v present_v these_o instead_o of_o understanding_n more_o will_v turn_v their_o back_n hate_v instruction_n be_v scoffer_n and_o mocker_n at_o the_o facred_a truth_n of_o god_n to_o this_o end_n and_o purpose_n we_o find_v how_o that_o unless_o in_o case_n of_o special_a commission_n and_o god_n command_v they_o to_o speak_v home_o with_o the_o hazard_n of_o their_o life_n they_o be_v always_o very_o wary_a and_o prudent_a to_o who_o what_o of_o and_o how_o they_o declare_v the_o mind_n of_o god_n you_o may_v see_v it_o at_o large_a at_o your_o leisure_n in_o isaiah_n jeremiah_n exekiel_n you_o find_v god_n speak_v of_o a_o rebellious_a stiffnecked_a people_n bid_v the_o prophet_n meddle_v no_o more_o with_o they_o pray_v not_o for_o they_o as_o if_o he_o have_v say_v it_o will_v be_v vain_a and_o useless_a altogether_o successelesse_a our_o saviour_n christ_n when_o on_o earth_n know_v the_o inveterate_a hatred_n of_o the_o pharisee_n against_o the_o great_a honour_n of_o divine_a truth_n now_o this_o be_v not_o only_o hazard_v by_o prostitute_v sacred_a truth_n to_o this_o sort_n of_o man_n present_o but_o adventure_v on_o that_o be_v the_o cause_n they_o mock_v and_o scoff_n and_o will_v not_o be_v reprove_v we_o by_o experience_n find_v it_o bring_v truth_n into_o disgrace_n make_v they_o vilify_v they_o and_o slight_v they_o by_o a_o nod_n the_o foot_n now_o say_v he_o never_o let_v such_o precious_a truth_n as_o these_o be_v hazard_v to_o contempt_n and_o scorn_n take_v not_o such_o holy_a pain_n that_o may_v be_v otherwise_o employ_v and_o more_o to_o purpose_n it_o make_v they_o look_v with_o a_o evil_a eye_n scorn_n and_o scoff_n it_o render_v religion_n odious_a and_o ridiculous_a to_o they_o they_o can_v see_v or_o rather_o will_v not_o see_v or_o hear_v but_o stop_v their_o ear_n with_o the_o adder_n and_o although_o there_o be_v a_o amiable_a lustre_n real_a excellency_n and_o a_o inexpressible_a virtue_n and_o glory_n it_o when_o god_n do_v not_o necessary_o require_v it_o god_n put_v none_o of_o his_o messenger_n upon_o apparent_a hazard_n unless_o his_o honour_n lie_v at_o the_o st●ke_n and_o a_o man_n life_n and_o the_o propagation_n of_o sacred_a truth_n come_v in_o competition_n he_o bid_v no_o man_n venture_v his_o life_n be_v wise_a as_o serpent_n weigh_v not_o only_o the_o substance_n but_o the_o
