book_n communion_n cup_n linen_n clothes_n or_o other_o decent_a ornament_n or_o furniture_n for_o the_o church_n and_o this_o kind_n of_o gift_n be_v so_o much_o favour_v in_o law_n that_o it_o be_v not_o needful_a therein_o to_o have_v any_o write_n or_o word_n at_o all_o for_o if_o a_o man_n do_v but_o buy_v a_o bell_n and_o hang_v it_o up_o in_o the_o steeple_n or_o make_v a_o pew_n and_o set_v it_o up_o in_o the_o church_n and_o do_v make_v no_o word_n or_o write_v hereof_o by_o this_o the_o bell_n and_o the_o pew_n be_v so_o dedicate_v and_o give_v to_o the_o church_n that_o the_o party_n they_o action_n by_o or_o against_o they_o that_o do_v owe_v they_o can_v never_o have_v they_o again_o and_o if_o any_o good_n or_o chattel_n be_v devise_v to_o the_o church_n and_o be_v therefore_o if_o such_o good_n be_v steal_v the_o churchwarden_n may_v have_v a_o appeal_n of_o robbery_n against_o the_o taker_n of_o they_o and_o if_o they_o be_v otherwise_o take_v away_o or_o abuse_v as_o if_o a_o bell_n be_v break_v or_o the_o like_a the_o churchwarden_n may_v have_v a_o action_n against_o he_o that_o do_v it_o albeit_o he_o be_v the_o parson_n or_o vicar_n himself_o and_o in_o this_o action_n they_o shall_v recover_v damage_n to_o the_o use_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o parish_n and_o not_o to_o their_o own_o use_n and_o yet_o these_o officer_n have_v no_o such_o
