urge_v to_o justify_v such_o violation_n athird_n sort_n he_o say_v ibid._n of_o these_o charitable_a donation_n consist_v of_o perpetual_a rent-charge_n and_o certain_a sum_n of_o money_n to_o be_v of_o in_o a_o word_n that_o tithe_n be_v not_o either_o demand_v or_o pay_v in_o the_o first_o and_o pure_a age_n of_o the_o christian_a church_n 5._o that_o those_o donation_n of_o tithe_n which_o be_v urge_v by_o the_o priest_n from_o ethelwolf_n and_o other_o be_v make_v by_o papist_n not_o in_o their_o civil_a but_o religious_a capacity_n and_o be_v the_o effect_n of_o the_o corruption_n
