be_v not_o require_v but_o indirect_o in_o relation_n only_o to_o these_o external_a act_n therefore_o i_o say_v do_v we_o well_o call_v all_o this_o still_o but_o the_o outward_a man_n and_o this_o be_v distinguish_v plain_o from_o the_o conscience_n because_o a_o man_n may_v know_v that_o such_o a_o thing_n be_v not_o require_v of_o god_n and_o that_o god_n will_v not_o punish_v he_o though_o he_o do_v not_o do_v it_o when_o yet_o he_o do_v know_v that_o it_o be_v prudent_a for_o he_o rather_o than_o suffer_v and_o therefore_o will_v it_o in_o the_o one_o there_o be_v the_o external_a act_n with_o the_o will_n and_o understanding_n so_o far_o as_o that_o act_n be_v concern_v but_o so_o long_o as_o my_o understanding_n be_v that_o it_o be_v not_o god_n will_v but_o man_n will_n
