do_v not_o heed_n nor_o apply_v their_o mind_n to_o these_o thing_n a_o scholar_n that_o look_v off_o of_o his_o book_n will_v never_o learn_v his_o letter_n let_v they_o be_v write_v or_o print_v before_o he_o in_o never_o so_o fair_a and_o elegant_a a_o character_n even_o so_o it_o be_v with_o we_o to_o this_o purpose_n the_o book_n of_o the_o creature_n it_o be_v a_o book_n which_o be_v very_o fair_o write_v and_o every_o letter_n in_o its_o full_a proportion_n so_o that_o he_o that_o run_v may_v read_v it_o as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v and_o the_o apostle_n paul_n tell_v we_o as_o we_o may_v read_v rom._n 1.20_o the_o invisible_a thing_n of_o god_n from_o the_o creation_n of_o the_o world_n be_v clear_o see_v even_o his_o eternal_a power_n and_o godhead_n the_o power_n and_o wisdom_n and_o mercy_n and_o goodness_n of_o god_n etc._n etc._n these_o be_v write_v upon_o every_o creature_n and_o may_v there_o be_v read_v by_o we_o but_o this_o be_v that_o evil_n which_o be_v in_o we_o that_o we_o do_v not_o always_o so_o attend_v unto_o it_o as_o become_v we_o to_o do_v we_o take_v and_o enjoy_v the_o creature_n only_o as_o other_o creature_n to_o draw_v the_o natural_a sweetness_n out_o of_o they_o but_o we_o do_v not_o as_o we_o shall_v do_v improve_v they_o to_o a_o spiritual_a advantage_n which_o be_v the_o privilege_n belong_v to_o we_o of_o all_o other_o creature_n we_o may_v see_v and_o taste_v god_n in_o the_o creature_n which_o the_o other_o can_v there_o be_v our_o non-attendancy_a second_o it_o proceed_v from_o idleness_n and_o want_n of_o take_v some_o pain_n with_o ourselves_o to_o dive_v into_o these_o thing_n though_o there_o be_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o god_n which_o lie_v upon_o the_o top_n of_o every_o creature_n and_o the_o whole_a world_n be_v a_o lesson_n to_o we_o to_o this_o purpose_n yet_o by_o study_v and_o further_o search_v into_o the_o creature_n we_o may_v still_o see_v more_o of_o he_o than_o otherwise_o we_o can_v or_o than_o otherwise_o we_o do_v we_o shall_v consider_v the_o work_n of_o god_n hand_n as_o the_o psalmist_n say_v himself_o do_v which_o be_v not_o only_o with_o a_o ordinary_a observation_n but_o take_v it_o positive_o here_o be_v not_o only_a ignorantia_fw-la purae_fw-la negationis_fw-la but_o ignorantia_fw-la prauae_fw-la dispositionis_fw-la as_o we_o use_v to_o distinguish_v it_o be_v not_o only_o that_o by_o wisdom_n they_o know_v not_o god_n but_o by_o wisdom_n they_o be_v further_o set_v off_o from_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n their_o humane_a wisdom_n be_v here_o obstructive_a and_o impedimental_a unto_o they_o this_o it_o be_v not_o in_o itself_o as_o i_o have_v already_o open_v unto_o you_o but_o accidental_o through_o their_o own_o perverseness_n and_o the_o corruption_n of_o their_o own_o evil_a heart_n a_o naughty_a and_o unsanctified_a heart_n it_o make_v the_o worst_a use_n of_o every_o thing_n even_o of_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v the_o most_o excellent_a of_o all_o and_o so_o among_o the_o rest_n love_v of_o worldly_a wisdom_n that_o which_o shall_v draw_v they_o so_o much_o the_o near_o to_o god_n it_o set_v they_o so_o much_o the_o further_o from_o god_n
