disable_v for_o require_v any_o debt_n or_o account_n of_o any_o factor_n or_o other_o for_z or_o concern_v any_o debt_n or_o estate_n proper_o belong_v to_o such_o merchant_n and_o offender_n to_o his_o own_o use_n and_o if_o any_o owner_n of_o the_o land_n where_o such_o clay_n or_o earth_n be_v dig_v or_o get_v shall_v be_v privy_a unto_o or_o know_v of_o such_o transportation_n by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n and_o shall_v not_o discover_v the_o same_o unto_o some_o justice_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n within_o three_o month_n of_o such_o his_o knowledge_n he_o shall_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n forfeit_v five_o hundred_o pound_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n and_o if_o such_o justice_n of_o peace_n to_o who_o such_o discovery_n shall_v be_v make_v shall_v not_o certify_v the_o same_o under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_v to_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n or_o any_o one_o of_o they_o within_o three_o month_n follow_v he_o shall_v for_o every_o
