have_v receive_v by_o her_o majesty_n mean_n these_o thing_n consider_v how_o can_v it_o be_v that_o i_o shall_v be_v evil_a affect_v towards_o her_o highness_n who_o i_o protest_v i_o unfayned_o reverence_n and_o therefore_o the_o worst_a that_o the_o author_n can_v be_v charge_v withal_o be_v his_o overheat_v and_o to_o much_o vebemency_n by_o reason_n of_o his_o zeal_n against_o the_o abuse_n and_o not_o any_o malice_n against_o her_o majesty_n or_o the_o mean_a of_o her_o subject_n again_o the_o matter_n to_o bring_v it_o within_o the_o compass_n of_o the_o statute_n must_v be_v false_a but_o this_o book_n be_v write_v in_o the_o behalf_n of_o a_o most_o true_a cause_n last_o the_o end_n of_o it_o must_v be_v either_o to_o the_o defamation_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n or_o stir_v up_o of_o insurrection_n sedition_n or_o rebellion_n for_o the_o former_a i_o trust_v that_o the_o whole_a course_n of_o our_o behaviour_n both_o in_o our_o ministry_n and_o conversation_n declare_v itself_o to_o be_v so_o far_o from_o seek_v to_o defame_v her_o highness_n as_o it_o tend_v to_o the_o uttermost_a of_o our_o power_n to_o the_o advancement_n of_o her_o honour_n for_o i_o be_o persuade_v that_o there_o be_v none_o of_o we_o that_o will_v refuse_v to_o undergo_v any_o pain_n whereby_o her_o majesty_n may_v any_o way_n be_v the_o better_o honour_v yea_o we_o will_v not_o refuse_v if_o need_v so_o require_v to_o lay_v down_o our_o life_n for_o redeem_v of_o the_o least_o ache_n of_o her_o majesty_n little_a finger_n wherewith_o she_o may_v be_v grieve_v now_o for_o the_o second_o end_n which_o be_v the_o move_n or_o stare_a ●p_n of_o rebellion_n etc._n etc._n i_o pray_v your_o lordship_n and_o you_o of_o the_o jury_n to_o consider_v this_o there_o have_v be_v since_o the_o first_o day_n of_o her_o majesty_n reign_v learned_a man_n that_o have_v desire_v the_o advancemen●_n of_o this_o cause_n and_o many_o of_o the_o people_n that_o affect_v it_o and_o yet_o have_v it_o never_o appear_v that_o by_o occasion_n hereof_o there_o have_v in_o all_o this_o time_n be_v any_o in_o any_o place_n that_o have_v raise_v any_o insurrection_n or_o sedition_n yea_o this_o book_n which_o be_v now_o in_o question_n have_v be_v extant_a these_o 2_o year_n yet_o i_o trust_v neither_o your_o lordship_n nor_o any_o here_o present_a can_v show_v that_o any_o people_n in_o any_o corner_n of_o the_o land_n nay_o it_o can_v be_v just_o prove_v that_o any_o one_o person_n have_v take_v any_o occasion_n hereby_o to_o enterprise_v any_o such_o matter_n and_o therefore_o the_o make_n of_o this_o book_n can_v be_v felony_n beside_o all_o this_o if_o there_o have_v be_v any_o such_o thing_n mean_v by_o the_o author_n or_o receive_v by_o the_o people_n as_o the_o indictment_n charge_v i_o withal_o which_o be_v the_o defamation_n of_o her_o highness_n government_n yet_o as_o i_o take_v it_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v felony_n by_o that_o statute_n for_o the_o whole_a course_n of_o it_o
