also_o nominate_v by_o the_o lord_n protector_n and_o his_o successor_n which_o instrument_n the_o say_a register_n or_o register_n shall_v cause_v to_o be_v enter_v in_o a_o book_n for_o that_o purpose_n and_o keep_v upon_o record_n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o declare_v that_o the_o say_a person_n so_o admit_v into_o any_o such_o benefice_n shall_v be_v possessor_n and_o incumbent_n of_o the_o same_o and_o entitle_v thereby_o to_o the_o profit_n perquisit_n and_o all_o right_n and_o due_n incident_a and_o belong_v thereunto_o as_o full_o and_o effectual_o as_o if_o he_o have_v be_v institute_v and_o induct_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n as_o also_o the_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o admit_v to_o any_o lecture_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v thereby_o further_o ordain_v that_o all_o patron_n of_o any_o benefice_n that_o be_v now_o void_a shall_v within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o the_o five_o &_o twenty_o of_o this_o instant_a m●rch_n and_o of_o april_n last_o pass_v have_v be_v place_v in_o such_o benefice_n and_o public_a lecture_n it_o be_v hereby_o ordain_v that_o in_o case_n such_o person_n shall_v not_o before_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o june_n next_o obtain_v approbation_n and_o admittance_n in_o the_o manner_n before_o express_v then_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o have_v right_a thereunto_o shall_v or_o may_v present_v or_o nominate_v some_o other_o fit_a and_o able_a person_n to_o such_o place_n and_o in_o default_n of_o such_o presentation_n within_o two_o month_n after_o the_o say_v four_o and_o the_o register_n who_o under_o his_o hand_n shall_v also_o signify_v the_o same_o to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v authorize_v to_o pay_v such_o augmentation_n who_o be_v hereby_o require_v and_o authorize_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o pay_v the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o approve_v such_o augmentation_n as_o have_v be_v or_o shall_v be_v grant_v unto_o he_o or_o contain_v shall_v not_o be_v construe_v to_o extend_v unto_o or_o to_o revive_v any_o dignity_n office_n or_o benefit_n ecclesiastical_a suppress_v by_o authority_n of_o parliament_n nor_o to_o any_o benefice_n ecclesiastical_a that_o be_v not_o presentative_a before_o the_o ordinance_n for_o suppression_n of_o bishop_n nor_o to_o any_o lecture_n preach_v or_o read_v in_o any_o of_o the_o university_n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o last_o declare_v and_o ordain_v that_o the_o approbation_n or_o admittance_n aforesaid_a in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v before_o prescribe_v be_v not_o intend_v nor_o shall_v be_v construe_v to_o be_v any_o solemn_a or_o sacred_a set_n apart_o of_o a_o person_n to_o any_o particular_a office_n in_o the_o ministry_n but_o only_o by_o such_o trial_n and_o
