conclusion_n he_o say_v that_o the_o honour_v of_o abominable_a image_n be_v the_o cause_n the_o beginning_a and_o end_n of_o all_o evil_n and_o that_o the_o worshipper_n of_o they_o be_v either_o mad_a or_o most_o wicked_a see_v and_o view_v the_o whole_a chapter_n with_o diligence_n for_o it_o be_v worthy_a to_o be_v well_o considere_v special_o that_o be_v write_v of_o the_o deceive_a of_o the_o second_o book_n of_o chronicle_n when_o the_o good_a king_n ezechias_n in_o the_o begin_n of_o his_o 30._o reign_n have_v destroy_v idolatry_n purge_v the_o temple_n and_o reform_v religion_n in_o his_o realm_n he_o send_v messenger_n into_o every_o city_n to_o gather_v the_o people_n unto_o jerusalem_n to_o solemnize_v the_o feast_n of_o easter_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o god_n have_v appoint_v the_o post_n go_v from_o city_n to_o city_n through_o the_o land_n of_o ephraim_n and_o manasses_n even_o unto_o zabulon_n and_o what_o do_v the_o people_n think_v you_o do_v they_o laud_v and_o praise_v the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n which_o have_v give_v they_o so_o good_a a_o king_n so_o zealous_a a_o prince_n to_o abolish_v idolatry_n and_o to_o restore_v again_o god_n true_a religion_n no_o no._n the_o scripture_n say_v the_o people_n laugh_v they_o to_o scorn_v and_o mock_v the_o king_n messenger_n and_o in_o the_o last_o chapter_n of_o the_o same_o book_n it_o be_v write_v that_o almighty_a god_n have_v compassion_n upon_o his_o people_n send_v his_o messenger_n the_o prophet_n unto_o they_o to_o call_v they_o from_o their_o abominable_a idolatry_n and_o wicked_a kind_n of_o live_v but_o they_o mock_v his_o messenger_n they_o despise_v his_o word_n &_o misuse_v his_o prophet_n until_o the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n arise_v against_o his_o people_n and_o till_o there_o be_v no_o remedy_n for_o he_o give_v they_o up_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o their_o enemy_n even_o unto_o nabucodonozar_n king_n of_o babylon_n who_o spoil_v they_o of_o their_o good_n burn_v their_o city_n and_o lead_v they_o their_o wife_n and_o their_o child_n captive_n unto_o babylon_n the_o wicked_a people_n that_o be_v in_o the_o day_n of_o no_n make_v but_o a_o mock_n covetous_a do_v scorn_v he_o in_o his_o doctrine_n oh_o than_o you_o see_v that_o worldly_a rich_fw-fr man_n scorn_v the_o doctrine_n of_o their_o salvation_n the_o worldly_a wise_a man_n scorn_v such_o as_o for_o their_o theft_n robbery_n and_o murder_n dare_v not_o in_o any_o well_o govern_v common_a wealth_n where_o good_a law_n be_v in_o force_n show_v their_o face_n such_o as_o be_v of_o most_o lewd_a and_o wicked_a behaviour_n and_o life_n and_o all_o such_o as_o will_v not_o or_o can_v not_o live_v in_o peace_n be_v always_o most_o ready_a to_o move_v rebellion_n or_o to_o take_v part_n with_o rebel_n and_o be_v not_o these_o meet_a man_n trow_v you_o to_o restore_v the_o common_a wealth_n decay_v who_o have_v so_o spoil_v and_o consume_v all_o their_o own_o wealth_n and_o thrift_n and_o very_o like_a to_o mend_v other_o man_n manner_n who_o have_v so_o vile_a vice_n and_o abominable_a condition_n themselves_o sure_o that_o which_o they_o false_o call_v reformation_n be_v in_o deed_n not_o only_o a_o deface_a or_o a_o deformation_n but_o also_o a_o utter_a destruction_n of_o all_o common_a wealth_n as_o will_v well_o appear_v may_v the_o rebel_n have_v their_o will_n and_o do_v right_a well_o and_o to_o well_o appear_v by_o their_o do_v in_o such_o place_n of_o the_o country_n where_o rebel_n do_v rout_n where_o though_o they_o tarry_v but_o a_o very_a little_a while_n they_o make_v such_o reformation_n that_o they_o destroy_v all_o place_n and_o undo_v all_o man_n where_o they_o come_v that_o the_o child_n yet_o unborn_a may_v rue_v it_o and_o shall_v many_o year_n hereafter_o curse_v they_o let_v no_o good_a and_o discreet_a subject_n therefore_o follow_v the_o flag_n or_o banner_n display_v to_o rebellion_n and_o bear_v by_o rebel_n they_o paint_v withal_o in_o their_o flag_n hoc_fw-la signo_fw-la vinces_fw-la by_o this_o sign_n thou_o shall_v get_v the_o victory_n by_o a_o most_o fond_a imitation_n of_o the_o posy_n of_o constantinus_n magnus_fw-la that_o noble_a christian_a emperor_n and_o great_a conqueror_n of_o god_n enemy_n a_o most_o unmeet_a ensign_n for_o rebel_n the_o enemy_n of_o god_n their_o prince_n and_o multitude_n and_o thousand_o of_o the_o common_a people_n slay_v in_o rebellion_n the_o dreadful_a execution_n of_o the_o author_n and_o captain_n the_o pitiful_a undo_n of_o their_o wife_n and_o child_n and_o disherit_v of_o the_o heir_n of_o the_o rebel_n for_o ever_o the_o spoil_n waste_a and_o destruction_n of_o the_o people_n and_o country_n where_o rebellion_n be_v first_o begin_v that_o the_o child_n then_o yet_o unborn_a may_v rue_v and_o lament_v it_o with_o the_o final_a overthrow_n and_o shameful_a death_n of_o all_o rebel_n set_v forth_o aswell_o in_o the_o history_n of_o foreign_a nation_n as_o in_o the_o chronicle_n of_o our_o own_o country_n some_o thereof_o be_v yet_o in_o fresh_a memory_n which_o if_o they_o be_v collect_v together_o will_v make_v many_o volume_n two_o sort_n of_o man_n in_o who_o these_o vice_n do_v reign_v by_o who_o the_o devil_n the_o author_n of_o all_o evil_n do_v chief_o stir_v up_o all_o disobedience_n and_o rebellion_n the_o restless_a ambitious_a have_v once_o determine_v by_o one_o mean_n or_o other_o to_o atcheeve_v to_o their_o intend_a purpose_n when_o they_o can_v not_o by_o lawful_a and_o peaceable_a mean_n climb_v so_o high_a as_o they_o do_v desire_v they_o attempt_v the_o same_o by_o force_n and_o violence_n wherein_o when_o they_o can_v not_o prevail_v against_o the_o ordinary_a authority_n and_o power_n of_o lawful_a prince_n and_o governor_n themselves_o alone_o they_o do_v seek_v the_o aid_n and_o help_v of_o the_o ignorant_a multitude_n abuse_v they_o to_o their_o wicked_a purpose_n wherefore_o themselves_o to_o be_v only_o count_v and_o call_v spiritual_a i_o must_v therefore_o hear_v yet_o once_o again_o brief_o put_v you_o good_a people_n in_o remembrance_n out_o of_o god_n holy_a word_n our_o saviour_n christ_n himself_o and_o his_o apostle_n saint_n paul_n saint_n peter_n with_o other_o be_v unto_o the_o magistrate_n and_o high_a power_n which_o rule_v at_o their_o be_v upon_o the_o the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n over_o they_o the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n for_o this_o cause_n amongst_o other_o not_o only_o name_a they_o and_o take_v they_o for_o schismatic_n but_o also_o never_o cease_v to_o persecute_v they_o and_o the_o emperor_n who_o have_v their_o see_v and_o continuance_n in_o grece_n by_o stir_v of_o the_o subject_n to_o rebellion_n against_o their_o sovereign_a lord_n
