in_o write_v of_o for_o and_o concern_v the_o say_a joint_n trade_n and_o of_o and_o for_o money_n ware_n good_n debt_n and_o other_o estate_n whatsoever_o which_o shall_v be_v then_o in_o copartnership_n between_o the_o say_a party_n or_o joint_o owe_v or_o belong_v to_o they_o by_o reason_n or_o mean_n of_o the_o say_a joint-trade_n and_o of_o all_o debt_n and_o duty_n which_o they_o the_o say_v party_n shall_v then_o owe_v to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n and_o upon_o finish_v the_o say_a account_n they_o the_o say_v party_n shall_v forthwith_o satisfy_v or_o take_v order_n for_o the_o speedy_a satisfy_v all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a debt_n and_o duty_n so_o by_o they_o owe_v and_o shall_v also_o thereupon_o make_v a_o just_a and_o equal_a partition_n allotment_n assignment_n and_o division_n between_o they_o the_o say_v party_n of_o all_o the_o then_o residue_n and_o remainder_n of_o their_o say_a partible_a and_o joint-stock_n and_o estate_n and_o increase_n thereof_o that_o be_v to_o say_v one_o moiety_n or_o half_a part_n thereof_o unto_o the_o say_v r._n c._n to_o his_o own_o proper_a use_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n or_o half_a part_n thereof_o unto_o the_o say_v c._n r._n to_o his_o own_o proper_a use_n and_o after_o such_o partition_n division_n assignment_n and_o allotment_n so_o make_v neither_o of_o the_o say_a party_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n shall_v without_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o other_o of_o they_o receive_v release_v compound_n or_o discharge_v any_o debt_n or_o duty_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v assign_v or_o allot_v to_o the_o other_o of_o they_o respective_o but_o that_o each_o of_o the_o say_a party_n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n sufficient_o authorize_v the_o other_o of_o they_o the_o say_v party_n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n upon_o his_o or_o their_o request_n to_o sue_v for_o recover_v receive_v and_o take_v to_o he_o and_o their_o own_o proper_a use_n all_o and_o every_o the_o debt_n and_o duty_n which_o shall_v be_v allot_v to_o he_o or_o they_o the_o say_v party_n his_o executor_n and_o administrator_n respective_o make_v such_o request_n and_o further_o that_o if_o either_o of_o the_o say_a party_n shall_v happen_v to_o decease_n before_o the_o end_n of_o the_o say_v five_o year_n and_o after_o any_o yearly_a account_n shall_v be_v make_v between_o they_o the_o say_v party_n touch_v the_o say_a joint-trade_n that_o then_o the_o survivor_n of_o they_o the_o say_v party_n shall_v have_v and_o take_v to_o his_o own_o proper_a use_n all_o the_o money_n good_n and_o ware_n which_o shall_v be_v belong_v to_o the_o say_v joint_a trade_n and_o copartnership_n at_o the_o same_o rate_n and_o price_n the_o same_o good_n and_o ware_n do_v cost_v and_o also_o all_o debt_n and_o duty_n which_o shall_v be_v then_o due_a and_o owe_v to_o the_o say_v joint_a trade_n
