at_o their_o coronation_n swear_v to_o observe_v the_o ancient_a law_n and_o liberty_n of_o their_o kingdom_n and_o this_o oath_n be_v hold_v lawful_a and_o lawful_o take_v as_o well_o because_o general_a custom_n have_v the_o full_a force_n and_o strength_n of_o a_o law_n for_o that_o the_o state_n and_o commons_o of_o the_o country_n be_v then_o present_a do_v stand_v and_o be_v take_v by_o general_a custom_n for_o sufficient_a judge_n to_o give_v and_o receive_v that_o oath_n and_o although_o it_o may_v be_v say_v that_o neither_o all_o the_o state_n nor_o all_o the_o commons_o be_v or_o can_v be_v present_a at_o the_o take_n of_o such_o a_o oath_n yet_o the_o oath_n shall_v avail_v they_o that_o be_v absent_a as_o much_o as_o though_o they_o be_v present_a but_o prince_n be_v above_o law_n 32_o be_v not_o so_o bind_v to_o the_o law_n but_o they_o change_v and_o alter_v they_o at_o their_o pleasure_n true_o unless_o they_o be_v ground_v upon_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n the_o first_o they_o may_v interpret_v the_o second_o they_o can_v alter_v or_o abrogate_v the_o first_o bind_v they_o as_o well_o as_o their_o subject_n and_o so_o do_v the_o latter_a the_o breach_n of_o the_o first_o make_v they_o odious_a unto_o god_n and_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o latter_a make_v they_o hateful_a unto_o man_n in_o break_v the_o first_o they_o offend_v their_o
