because_o i_o will_v not_o that_o any_o thing_n which_o be_v either_o worthy_a thy_o knowledge_n or_o here_o in_o request_n with_o any_o of_o they_o that_o stand_v in_o doubt_n of_o the_o holiness_n they_o may_v from_o either_o gather_v a_o meet_a harmony_n and_o consent_n to_o conclude_v both_o for_o the_o holiness_n of_o the_o one_o &_o for_o the_o sufficiency_n of_o the_o other_o but_o here_o i_o find_v they_o that_o demand_n how_o the_o knowledge_n of_o this_o disputation_n and_o conference_n shall_v be_v bring_v unto_o my_o understanding_n &_o from_o whence_o this_o princely_a dialogue_n can_v be_v either_o gather_v or_o presume_v to_o who_o i_o may_v answer_v that_o howsoever_o it_o be_v that_o either_o this_o or_o the_o semblable_a matter_n may_v be_v hide_v from_o the_o knowledge_n and_o understanding_n of_o the_o simple_a and_o ignorant_a or_o how_o hardly_o it_o may_v be_v conceive_v of_o some_o wise_a and_o learned_a person_n yea_o and_o howsoever_o this_o present_a dialogue_n shall_v be_v censure_v and_o esteem_v in_o a_o great_a part_n as_o prosopopoicall_a or_o imagine_v yet_o it_o be_v true_a and_o sure_a enough_o as_o it_o be_v hereafter_o declare_v and_o doubt_v of_o his_o holiness_n and_o true_a repentance_n and_o so_o neither_o of_o his_o remission_n and_o salvation_n with_o the_o lord_n and_o as_o in_o those_o thing_n they_o be_v not_o doubtful_a so_o be_v they_o neither_o so_o negligent_a nor_o careless_a of_o the_o king_n health_n and_o prosperity_n and_o of_o the_o common-good_a of_o the_o lord_n people_n but_o that_o they_o as_o most_o noble_a prince_n and_o wise_a and_o grave_a counsellor_n enter_v into_o a_o deep_a consideration_n of_o the_o royal_a estate_n and_o of_o the_o common_a wealth_n of_o israel_n reason_v and_o argue_v the_o case_n in_o and_o between_o themselves_o concern_v the_o cause_n of_o the_o king_n great_a heaviness_n and_o sorrow_n and_o therein_o do_v not_o only_o think_v honourable_o and_o constre_n charitable_o and_o reverent_o of_o the_o king_n deal_n and_o word_n as_o it_o well_o become_v they_o but_o also_o endeavour_v by_o their_o wisdom_n counsel_n &_o authority_n to_o remove_v away_o all_o the_o cause_n that_o the_o unhappy_a effect_n thereof_o may_v cease_v and_o to_o withstand_v the_o remediless_a inconvenience_n of_o such_o desperate_a mischief_n in_o time_n convenient_a &_o that_o in_o such_o sort_n in_o effect_n as_o it_o be_v report_v in_o this_o solace_n and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o no_o man_n may_v either_o make_v question_n of_o the_o holiness_n of_o their_o sovereign_a lord_n or_o doubt_v of_o his_o remission_n and_o salvation_n they_o argue_v for_o he_o and_o above_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o that_o most_o honourable_a society_n the_o most_o reverend_a father_n in_o god_n namely_o zadok_v the_o lord_n high_a priest_n to_o who_o grave_n and_o learned_a judgement_n they_o all_o most_o glad_o condescend_v speak_v and_o prove_v first_o that_o king_n solomon_n be_v by_o the_o providence_n of_o the_o high_a provide_v and_o make_v a_o lively_a figure_n of_o the_o most_o holy_a messiah_n who_o they_o faithful_o expect_v to_o come_v into_o the_o world_n and_o that_o as_o wise_a and_o grave_a say_n divine_a prophecy_n and_o matter_n right_o holy_a and_o profitable_a for_o the_o lord_n congregation_n and_o for_o the_o instruction_n of_o his_o people_n therefore_o to_o purpose_n as_o in_o the_o nature_n of_o those_o symbol_n figure_n type_n and_o shadow_n which_o teach_v and_o put_v we_o in_o mind_n of_o thing_n aswell_o spiritual_a and_o eternal_a as_o future_a of_o the_o which_o we_o have_v and_o retain_v many_o at_o this_o time_n yet_o will_v i_o not_o begin_v with_o those_o external_a thing_n lest_o peradventure_o any_o man_n shall_v say_v that_o the_o king_n be_v not_o therefore_o the_o better_a in_o the_o spirit_n nor_o the_o more_o acceptable_a to_o god_n because_o he_o be_v outward_o glorious_a no_o more_o than_o he_o be_v a_o good_a
