they_o and_o because_o these_o be_v text_n by_o which_o god_n promise_v that_o those_o who_o he_o save_v shall_v have_v this_o heart_n this_o spirit_n and_o these_o holy_a effect_n in_o they_o therefore_o consider_v again_o and_o examine_v thyself_o whether_o this_o be_v the_o state_n and_o condition_n of_o thy_o soul._n and_o that_o thou_o may_v do_v it_o full_o consider_v again_o and_o do_v thou_o 1._o remember_v that_o here_o be_v such_o a_o sense_n of_o sin_n and_o of_o the_o irksomeness_n thereof_o as_o make_v the_o man_n not_o only_o to_o abhor_v that_o but_o himself_o because_o of_o that_o this_o be_v worth_a the_o note_n by_o thou_o 2_o remember_v again_o that_o here_o be_v not_o only_o a_o self-abhorrence_a but_o a_o sorrowful_a kind_a mourning_n unto_o god_n at_o the_o consideration_n that_o the_o soul_n by_o sin_n have_v affront_v contemn_v disregard_v and_o set_v at_o nought_o both_o god_n and_o his_o holy_a word_n 3._o remember_v also_o that_o here_o be_v prayer_n and_o tear_n for_o mercy_n with_o desire_n to_o be_v now_o out_o of_o love_n with_o sin_n for_o ever_o and_o to_o be_v in_o heart_n and_o soul_n firm_o join_v and_o knit_v unto_o god._n 4._o remember_v also_o that_o this_o people_n here_o speak_v of_o have_v all_o the_o way_n from_o satan_n to_o god_n from_o sin_n to_o grace_n from_o death_n to_o life_n scatter_v with_o tear_n and_o prayer_n with_o weep_v and_o supplication_n they_o shall_v go_v weep_v and_o seek_v the_o lord_n their_o god._n 5._o remember_v that_o these_o people_n as_o strangers_z and_o pilgrim_n do_v be_v not_o ashamed_a to_o ask_v the_o way_n of_o those_o they_o meet_v with_o to_o zion_n or_o the_o heavenly_a country_n whereby_o they_o confess_v their_o ignorance_n as_o become_v they_o &_o their_o desire_n to_o know_v the_o way_n to_o life_n yea_o thereby_o they_o declare_v that_o there_o be_v nothing_o in_o this_o world_n under_o the_o sun_n or_o this_o side_n heaven_n that_o can_v satisfy_v the_o long_n the_o desire_n and_o crave_n of_o a_o break_a and_o contrite_a spirit_n reader_n be_v advise_v and_o consider_v of_o these_o thing_n serious_o and_o compare_v thy_o soul_n with_o they_o and_o with_o what_o else_o thou_o shall_v find_v here_o write_v for_o thy_o conviction_n and_o instruction_n four_o if_o a_o break_a heart_n and_o a_o contrite_a spirit_n be_v of_o such_o esteem_n with_o god_n then_o this_o shall_v encourage_v they_o that_o have_v it_o to_o come_v to_o god_n with_o it_o i_o know_v the_o great_a encouragement_n for_o man_n to_o come_v to_o god_n be_v for_o that_o there_o be_v a_o mediator_n between_o god_n and_o man_n the_o man_n christ_n jesus_n 1_o tim._n â—_o 5._o this_o i_o say_v be_v the_o great_a encouragement_n &_o in_o its_o place_n there_o be_v none_o but_o that_o but_o there_o be_v other_o encouragement_n subordinate_a to_o that_o and_o a_o break_a and_o a_o contrite_a spirit_n be_v one_o of_o they_o this_o be_v evident_a from_o several_a place_n of_o scripture_n wherefore_o thou_o that_o can_v carry_v a_o break_a heart_n and_o a_o sorrowful_a spirit_n with_o thou_o when_o thou_o go_v to_o god_n tell_v he_o thy_o heart_n be_v wound_v within_o
