or_o take_v any_o boarder_n or_o tabler_n that_o be_v teach_v or_o instruct_v by_o he_o or_o herself_o or_o any_o other_o upon_o pain_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n to_o forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o forty_o pound_n to_o be_v recover_v and_o distribute_v as_o aforesaid_a v._o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n upon_o oath_n to_o they_o of_o any_o offence_n against_o this_o act_n which_o oath_n they_o be_v hereby_o impower_v to_o
