customhouse_n whatsoever_o shall_v exact_v require_v and_o receive_v any_o other_o or_o great_a fee_n of_o any_o merchant_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o than_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v establish_v by_o the_o commons_o in_o parliament_n assemble_v if_o any_o officer_n or_o other_o shall_v offend_v contrary_a to_o this_o order_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v his_o office_n or_o place_n and_o be_v ever_o
