to serue for your Cure and whether doth he serue two churches or chappels in one day 13. Whether doth your Minister in saying the publike prayers and administring the Sacraments weare a decent surplesse with fleeues and beeing a graduate doth he weare therewith a hood by the order of the Vniuersities agreeable to his degree 14.
