that_o be_v proper_a for_o a_o infirmity_n of_o their_o own_o that_o they_o mark_v and_o either_o imprint_v it_o in_o their_o memory_n or_o write_v it_o up_o in_o a_o book_n of_o remembrance_n for_o their_o after-use_a when_o in_o the_o mean_a while_o they_o pass_v over_o many_o other_o better_a rule_n in_o their_o kind_n only_o because_o they_o be_v not_o so_o proper_a for_o their_o case_n and_o condition_n and_o again_o if_o a_o man_n read_v the_o book_n of_o statute_n and_o find_v a_o law_n which_o concern_v his_o own_o land_n or_o his_o own_o deal_n he_o will_v either_o fold_v down_o a_o leaf_n or_o mark_v the_o place_n in_o the_o margin_n or_o transcribe_v the_o word_n in_o a_o notebook_n that_o it_o may_v be_v in_o readiness_n when_o the_o time_n serve_v and_o so_o if_o in_o our_o hear_n of_o the_o word_n either_o preach_v or_o read_v we_o meet_v with_o any_o lesson_n or_o rule_n of_o life_n that_o concern_v ourselves_o in_o special_a we_o shall_v consider_v wherein_o and_o how_o it_o may_v stead_v we_o and_o this_o consideration_n will_v be_v as_o a_o mark_v set_v upon_o it_o to_o keep_v it_o in_o remembrance_n for_o if_o we_o shall_v forget_v the_o rule_n itself_o yet_o the_o very_a application_n of_o it_o to_o ourselves_o will_v put_v we_o in_o mind_n of_o it_o but_o as_o for_o other_o thing_n which_o be_v not_o useful_a and_o proper_a for_o we_o we_o may_v pass_v they_o over_o with_o less_o care_n and_o attention_n for_o example_n if_o we_o hear_v some_o instruction_n which_o we_o have_v learn_v as_o full_o before_o we_o may_v let_v that_o pass_v as_o have_v no_o need_n of_o it_o and_o if_o we_o hear_v somewhat_o not_o useful_a for_o sanctification_n and_o a_o godly_a life_n we_o may_v let_v that_o go_v as_o not_o worth_a the_o note_n when_o better_a thing_n be_v in_o place_n and_o if_o we_o hear_v good_a instruction_n that_o be_v useful_a for_o other_o but_o concern_v not_o ourselves_o we_o may_v dismiss_v they_o also_o as_o not_o
example_n if_o the_o preacher_n commend_v any_o necessary_a duty_n unto_o we_o we_o may_v pray_v for_o grace_n to_o perform_v it_o if_o he_o condemn_v any_o sin_n by_o which_o we_o may_v be_v ensnare_v we_o may_v pray_v for_o strength_n to_o avoid_v it_o and_o if_o he_o dispute_v of_o any_o hard_a point_n which_o be_v profitable_a to_o be_v know_v we_o may_v pray_v for_o wisdom_n to_o and_o consider_v when_o they_o have_v little_a else_o to_o do_v lose_v many_o good_a note_n and_o instruction_n which_o other_o who_o be_v more_o diligent_a do_v learn_v and_o suffer_v many_o distraction_n of_o mind_n when_o they_o be_v about_o the_o work_n and_o be_v every_o way_n indispose_v for_o learning_n of_o god_n law_n thomas_n by_o be_v once_o absent_a when_o christ_n appear_v to_o his_o disciple_n lose_v a_o great_a measure_n of_o faith_n which_o they_o gain_v who_o be_v present_a our_o lord_n show_v they_o his_o hand_n and_o his_o side_n and_o use_v argument_n of_o
