let_v the_o silver_n be_v thou_o and_o the_o people_n thou_o to_o do_v with_o they_o as_o it_o shall_v seem_v good_a in_o thy_o eye_n then_o be_v the_o king_n scribe_n call_v jew_n and_o they_o write_v according_a to_o all_o thing_n which_o haman_n do_v dictate_v unto_o they_o unto_o the_o captain_n and_o chief_a officer_n in_o every_o province_n and_o the_o letter_n be_v seal_v with_o the_o the_o thirteen_o of_o the_o month_n adar_n which_o be_v the_o twelve_o month_n and_o to_o spoil_v they_o as_o a_o prey_n and_o the_o post_n compel_v by_o the_o king_n commandment_n go_v forth_o and_o the_o writing_n be_v give_v at_o the_o palace_n of_o shushan_n and_o the_o king_n and_o haman_n sit_v drink_v together_o but_o the_o jew_n that_o be_v in_o the_o city_n be_v all_o at_o that_o time_n in_o great_a perplexity_n and_o trouble_n which_o when_o it_o be_v relate_v unto_o mordecai_n people_n he_o rend_v his_o clothes_n and_o put_v on_o sackcloth_n and_o ash_n and_o go_v into_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o city_n and_o cry_v out_o with_o a_o great_a cry_n and_o a_o bitter_a and_o then_o come_v before_o the_o king_n gate_n but_o be_v not_o suffer_v to_o enter_v be_v clothe_v in_o lay_v in_o sackcloth_n and_o ash_n than_o esther_n maid_n and_o the_o eunuch_n tell_v all_o these_o thing_n unto_o she_o for_o which_o she_o be_v very_o heavy_a and_o send_v raiment_n to_o clothe_v mordecai_n and_o to_o take_v his_o sackcloth_n from_o he_o but_o he_o receive_v it_o not_o than_o the_o queen_n call_v hatach_n the_o eunuch_n and_o give_v he_o a_o commandment_n to_o go_v unto_o mordecai_n and_o to_o know_v of_o he_o what_o and_o why_o such_o thing_n be_v so_o hatach_n go_v forth_o and_o meet_v he_o at_o the_o gate_n to_o who_o mordecai_n punctual_o relate_v all_o that_o have_v happen_v even_o to_o the_o least_o circumstance_n and_o give_v he_o the_o copy_n of_o the_o writing_n to_o show_v unto_o esther_n thereof_o and_o charge_v she_o by_o he_o that_o she_o shall_v go_v in_o to_o the_o king_n and_o make_v humble_a supplication_n for_o she_o and_o her_o people_n now_o when_o the_o eunuch_n have_v deliver_v unto_o she_o the_o copy_n of_o the_o commission_n and_o all_o that_o mordecai_n have_v say_v unto_o he_o she_o command_v he_o to_o return_v unto_o he_o and_o say_v that_o whosoever_o man_n or_o woman_n come_v to_o the_o king_n into_o the_o inner_a court_n not_o be_v call_v there_o be_v a_o law_n of_o he_o that_o all_o such_o shall_v die_v except_o he_o to_o who_o the_o king_n shall_v hold_v up_o his_o golden_a sceptre_n that_o he_o may_v live_v now_o say_v she_o i_o have_v not_o be_v call_v to_o come_v before_o the_o king_n these_o thirty_o day_n so_o he_o certify_v mordecai_n of_o all_o the_o word_n which_o queen_n esther_n have_v speak_v who_o say_v that_o they_o shall_v answer_v she_o again_o thus_o think_v not_o with_o thyself_o that_o thou_o shall_v escape_v in_o the_o king_n house_n more_o than_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o thy_o nation_n for_o if_o thou_o hold_v thy_o peace_n at_o this_o time_n comfort_n and_o deliverance_n shall_v appear_v to_o we_o from_o some_o other_o place_n and_o person_n but_o thou_o and_o thy_o father_n house_n shall_v assure_o perish_v yet_o who_o know_v but_o thou_o be_v come_v into_o the_o kingdom_n for_o such_o a_o purpose_n then_o esther_n command_v he_o to_o go_v back_o again_o to_o mordecai_n and_o answer_v hi●_n thus_o go_v and_o assemble_v all_o the_o jew_n in_o shushan_n and_o fast_o you_o for_o i_o and_o neither_o eat_v nor_o drink_v any_o thing_n for_o the_o space_n of_o three_o day_n and_o night_n i_o also_o and_o my_o maid_n will_v fast_o likewise_o and_o afterward_o i_o will_v go_v in_o to_o the_o king_n which_o be_v against_o the_o law_n resolution_n and_o if_o i_o perish_v i_o perish_v which_o have_v hear_v mordecai_n depart_v and_o do_v according_a to_o all_o that_o the_o queen_n have_v command_v he_o and_o on_o the_o three_o day_n she_o put_v on_o her_o royal_a apparel_n and_o stand_v in_o the_o court_n of_o the_o king_n palace_n within_o over_o against_o the_o house_n and_o the_o king_n sit_v upon_o his_o throne_n of_o majesty_n king_n who_o when_o he_o see_v esther_n the_o queen_n stand_v in_o the_o court_n she_o find_v favour_n in_o his_o sight_n and_o he_o hold_v out_o the_o golden_a sceptre_n that_o be_v in_o his_o hand_n so_o she_o draw_v near_o and_o touch_v the_o top_n of_o the_o sceptre_n to_o who_o the_o king_n speak_v and_o say_v what_o will_v thou_o queen_n esther_n and_o what_o be_v thy_o request_n it_o shall_v be_v grant_v thou_o even_o to_o the_o half_a of_o my_o kingdom_n who_o humble_o bow_v unto_o he_o say_v if_o it_o please_v your_o high_a majesty_n let_v the_o king_n and_o haman_n come_v this_o day_n unto_o the_o banquet_n that_o i_o have_v prepare_v for_o they_o to_o who_o the_o king_n answer_v go_v and_o cause_n haman_n to_o make_v haste_n that_o he_o may_v come_v to_o the_o banquet_n of_o queen_n esther_n at_o which_o when_o they_o be_v sit_v the_o king_n say_v what_o be_v thy_o request_n i_o speak_v it_o again_o it_o shall_v be_v perform_v even_o to_o the_o half_a of_o my_o kingdom_n to_o who_o she_o reply_v if_o i_o have_v find_v favour_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o king_n banquet_n and_o that_o it_o please_v he_o to_o grant_v my_o request_n let_v the_o king_n and_o haman_n come_v to_o the_o banquet_n that_o i_o shall_v to_o morrow_n make_v ready_a and_o then_o i_o will_v declare_v what_o my_o petition_n be_v to_o the_o king_n so_o haman_n depart_v thence_o joyful_o but_o when_o he_o find_v mordecai_n stand_v in_o the_o gate_n and_o that_o he_o stand_v not_o up_o nor_o move_v unto_o he_o mordecai_n he_o be_v mighty_o incense_v against_o he_o notwithstanding_o for_o that_o time_n he_o refrain_v himself_o and_o when_o he_o come_v home_o he_o send_v and_o invite_v his_o friend_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o zeresh_a his_o wife_n and_o haman_n tell_v to_o they_o of_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o riches_n and_o the_o multitude_n of_o his_o child_n and_o all_o the_o honour_n to_o which_o the_o king_n have_v exalt_v he_o and_o that_o he_o have_v set_v he_o above_o all_o the_o prince_n confidence_n and_o servant_n of_o the_o king_n add_v moreover_o that_o esther_n the_o queen_n suffer_v no_o man_n to_o come_v unto_o the_o banquet_n with_o the_o king_n save_o himself_o and_o to_o morrow_n say_v he_o i_o be_o invite_v but_o all_o this_o do_v nothing_o please_v i_o whilst_o i_o see_v stubborn_a mordecai_n sit_v at_o the_o gate_n of_o the_o palace_n then_o say_v zeresh_v his_o wife_n and_o all_o his_o friend_n unto_o he_o let_v there_o be_v make_v a_o tree_n of_o fifty_o cubit_n high_a and_o to_o morrow_n speak_v unto_o the_o king_n that_o mordecai_n may_v be_v hang_v thereon_o then_o shall_v thou_o go_v joyful_o with_o the_o king_n to_o the_o banquet_n and_o the_o motion_n please_v haman_n who_o cause_v the_o gibbet_n to_o be_v erect_v now_o it_o happen_v that_o the_o same_o night_n that_o the_o king_n sleep_v not_o quiet_o and_o therefore_o command_v the_o book_n of_o the_o chronicle_n to_o be_v read_v before_o he_o in_o which_o it_o be_v find_v write_v what_o mordecai_n have_v tell_v of_o bigthan_n and_o teresh_a the_o king_n eunuch_n keeper_n of_o the_o door_n who_o seek_v to_o lay_v violent_a hand_n on_o the_o king_n which_o have_v hear_v he_o demand_v what_o honour_n or_o what_o dignity_n have_v be_v do_v unto_o he_o for_o that_o service_n to_o who_o it_o be_v answer_v by_o his_o servant_n that_o nothing_o at_o all_o have_v be_v do_v for_o he_o people_n he_o think_v it_o most_o unworthy_a his_o imperial_a dignity_n to_o receive_v so_o great_a a_o benefit_n as_o
