that_o man_n err_v fundamental_o who_o believe_v that_o god_n will_v justify_v and_o pardon_v none_o but_o true_a penitent_a and_o reform_a sinner_n and_o that_o not_o for_o the_o sake_n and_o merit_n of_o repentance_n and_o good_a work_n but_o for_o the_o sake_n of_o christ_n and_o through_o faith_n in_o his_o blood_n though_o he_o may_v differ_v about_o the_o necessity_n of_o repentance_n and_o obedience_n and_o what_o place_n it_o have_v in_o the_o justification_n of_o a_o sinner_n whether_o it_o be_v a_o necessary_a condition_n or_o a_o necessary_a requisite_a and_o qualification_n or_o a_o necessary_a concomitant_a and_o effect_n of_o justification_n or_o whether_o it_o be_v necessary_a only_o to_o our_o salvation_n but_o not_o to_o our_o justification_n whether_o faith_n justify_v as_o a_o instrument_n or_o as_o a_o condition_n etc._n etc._n for_o while_o faith_n in_o christ_n and_o obedience_n to_o his_o law_n be_v both_o secure_v without_o either_o derogate_a from_o the_o but_o they_o be_v more_o general_o know_v and_o agree_v in_o i_o have_v have_v a_o tender_a regard_n to_o the_o weakness_n and_o mistake_n of_o mankind_n and_o to_o the_o enlargement_n of_o catholic_n communion_n and_o therefore_o have_v as_o far_o as_o be_v consistent_a with_o preserve_v the_o essential_o of_o christianity_n cast_v most_o of_o our_o modern_a controversy_n out_o of_o the_o number_n of_o fundamental_o which_o if_o careful_o consider_v will_v assuage_v that_o intemperate_a heat_n with_o which_o they_o be_v manage_v and_o more_o easy_o reconcile_v our_o difference_n and_o yet_o i_o have_v not_o reject_v any_o doctrine_n out_o of_o the_o number_n of_o fundamental_o which_o be_v ever_o define_v to_o be_v such_o by_o any_o receive_v general_a council_n of_o the_o christian_a i_o can_v foresee_v there_o be_v some_o few_o thing_n which_o i_o shall_v further_o observe_v before_o i_o proceed_v 1._o the_o first_o concern_v the_o judgement_n of_o that_o true_o great_a and_o as_o damn_v a_o sin_n as_o idolatry_n drunkenness_n or_o adultery_n and_o here_o he_o have_v a_o notable_a fetch_n but_o sure_o if_o these_o man_n believe_v so_o much_o methinks_v they_o shall_v not_o be_v at_o rest_n until_o all_o their_o unscriptural_a imposition_n be_v remove_v unless_o they_o have_v great_a kindness_n for_o such_o trifle_n than_o they_o have_v for_o such_o immortal_a soul_n for_o who_o christ_n die_v and_o methinks_v they_o shall_v be_v as_o much_o concern_v to_o take_v care_n of_o their_o own_o soul_n as_o we_o be_v to_o take_v care_n of_o they_o and_o not_o to_o divide_v the_o church_n for_o the_o sake_n of_o such_o trifle_n as_o they_o call_v they_o as_o for_o remove_v all_o unscriptural_a imposition_n as_o he_o call_v they_o by_o which_o he_o mean_v the_o whole_a constitution_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n this_o we_o can_v do_v without_o destroy_v all_o the_o external_a solemnity_n of_o worship_n and_o dissolve_v the_o band_n of_o
