to_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o yard_n or_o in_o the_o ship_n to_o the_o purcer_n together_o with_o the_o several_a officer_n who_o the_o store_n shall_v concern_v and_o to_o bring_v from_o they_o timber_n plank_n iron_n lead_v or_o any_o other_o provision_n do_v pass_v out_o of_o the_o gate_n without_o knowledge_n of_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o yard_n cxxvi_o he_o shall_v upon_o just_a suspicion_n search_v any_o of_o the_o workman_n for_o iron_n work_v or_o other_o material_n which_o they_o may_v have_v steal_v in_o the_o yard_n and_o if_o he_o take_v any_o man_n in_o the_o manner_n he_o shall_v give_v present_a notice_n thereof_o to_o the_o mr._n shipwright_n and_o to_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o yard_n that_o they_o may_v proceed_v against_o the_o offender_n as_o the_o cause_n shall_v require_v and_o he_o shall_v use_v the_o like_a diligence_n in_o the_o search_n of_o those_o who_o under_o colour_n of_o carry_v out_o of_o chip_n may_v offend_v in_o the_o like_a kind_n
