that_o day_n upon_o the_o philistines_n and_o scatter_v they_o so_o as_o they_o be_v slay_v before_o israel_n and_o that_o the_o philistines_n be_v bring_v so_o under_o that_o they_o come_v no_o more_o again_o into_o the_o coast_n of_o israel_n in_o the_o 20._o chap._n of_o the_o 2._o book_n of_o chron._n we_o read_v of_o a_o great_a multitude_n of_o the_o child_n of_o moab_n amon_n and_o mount_v seir_n come_n against_o the_o israelite_n with_o purpose_n no_o doubt_n to_o have_v spoil_v and_o destroy_v they_o thereupon_o jehoshaphat_n the_o king_n proclaim_v a_o fast_a throughout_o all_o judah_n which_o be_v so_o bless_v unto_o they_o and_o praevayl_v so_o mighty_o with_o god_n that_o even_o in_o the_o same_o fast_a when_o they_o be_v all_o assemble_v together_o the_o lord_n send_v his_o spirit_n upon_o one_o jehazael_n to_o comfort_n and_o assure_v they_o of_o their_o safety_n &_o deliveranc_n from_o their_o enemy_n thus_o say_v the_o lord_n unto_o you_o say_v he_o fear_v you_o not_o neither_o be_v afraid_a for_o this_o great_a multitude_n for_o the_o battle_n be_v not_o you_o but_o god_n you_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o fight_v in_o this_o battle_n stand_v still_o move_v not_o neither_o be_v afraid_a to_o morrow_n go_v out_o against_o they_o and_o the_o lord_n be_v with_o you_o and_o so_o it_o fall_v out_o after_o for_o god_n send_v such_o a_o spirit_n of_o discord_n among_o they_o that_o they_o slay_v one_o a_o other_o so_o as_o none_o escape_v yea_o further_o it_o be_v say_v that_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n be_v upon_o all_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o earth_n when_o they_o have_v hear_v that_o the_o lord_n have_v fight_v against_o the_o enemy_n of_o israel_n so_o the_o kingdom_n of_o jehoshaphat_n be_v quiet_a and_o his_o god_n give_v he_o rest_v on_o every_o sâ—de_n look_v in_o the_o 8._o of_o ezra_n and_o there_o you_o shall_v find_v that_o those_o which_o return_v from_o the_o captivity_n in_o babylon_n with_o ezra_n be_v in_o great_a danger_n jest_n they_o their_o wiuss_n &_o child_n shall_v be_v destroy_v of_o the_o enemy_n which_o lie_v in_o wait_n for_o they_o in_o their_o way_n to_o jerusalem_n do_v there_o upon_o betake_v themselves_o to_o this_o exercise_n as_o the_o only_o way_n and_o mean_n for_o their_o safety_n as_o appear_v by_o the_o speech_n of_o ezra_n at_o the_o river_n say_v he_o i_o proclaim_v a_o fast_n that_o we_o
