reach_v to_o any_o perfection_n for_o those_o feeble_a beginning_n of_o lukewarm_a grace_n which_o be_v wrought_v in_o they_o by_o one_o fit_a of_o serious_a meditation_n be_v soon_o extinguish_v by_o intermission_n and_o by_o mis-wonting_a perish_v this_o day_n meal_n though_o large_a &_o liberal_a strengthen_v thou_o not_o for_o to_o morrow_n the_o body_n languish_v if_o there_o be_v not_o a_o daily_a supply_n of_o repast_n thus_o feed_v thy_o soul_n by_o meditation_n set_v thy_o hour_n and_o keep_v they_o and_o yield_v not_o to_o a_o easy_a distraction_n there_o be_v no_o hardness_n in_o this_o practice_n but_o in_o the_o beginning_n use_n shall_v give_v it_o not_o ease_v only_o but_o delight_n thy_o companion_n entertain_v thou_o this_o while_n in_o love_a discourse_n or_o some_o inexpected_a business_n offer_v to_o interrupt_v thou_o never_o any_o good_a work_n shall_v want_v some_o hindrance_n either_o break_n through_o thy_o let_v except_o it_o be_v with_o incivility_n or_o loss_n or_o if_o they_o be_v importunate_a pay_v thyself_o the_o time_n that_o be_v unreasonable_o borrow_v and_o recompense_v thou_o omit_v hour_n with_o the_o double_a labour_n of_o another_o day_n
