within_o his_o jurisdiction_n to_o move_v the_o minister_n churchwarden_n or_o sideman_n as_o they_o tender_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o reformation_n of_o sin_n to_o present_v the_o same_o if_o they_o shall_v find_v sufficient_a cause_n to_o induce_v they_o thereunto_o that_o it_o may_v be_v in_o due_a time_n punish_v and_o reform_v provide_v that_o for_o these_o voluntary_a presentment_n there_o be_v no_o fee_n require_v or_o take_v of_o they_o under_o the_o pain_n aforesaid_a cxvii_o churchwarden_n not_o to_o be_v trouble_v for_o not_o present_v often_o than_o twice_o a_o year_n no_o churchwarden_n questmen_n or_o sideman_n shall_v be_v call_v or_o cite_v but_o only_o at_o the_o say_a time_n or_o time_n before_o limit_a to_o appear_v before_o any_o ecclesiastical_a judge_n there_o be_v then_o a_o public_a fame_n of_o they_o or_o unless_o there_o be_v very_o just_a cause_n to_o call_v they_o for_o the_o explanation_n of_o their_o former_a presentment_n in_o which_o case_n of_o wilful_a omission_n their_o ordinary_n shall_v proceed_v against_o they_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o in_o cause_n of_o wilful_a perjury_n in_o a_o court_n ecclesiastical_a it_o be_v already_o by_o law_n provide_v cxviii_o the_o old_a churchwarden_n to_o make_v their_o presentment_n before_o the_o new_a be_v swear_v the_o office_n of_o all_o churchwarden_n and_o sideman_n shall_v be_v repute_v ever_o hereafter_o to_o continue_v until_o the_o new_a churchwarden_n that_o shall_v succeed_v they_o be_v swear_v which_o shall_v be_v the_o first_o week_n after_o easter_n or_o some_o week_n follow_v according_a to_o the_o direction_n of_o the_o ordinary_a which_o time_n so_o appoint_v shall_v always_o be_v one_o of_o the_o two_o time_n in_o every_o year_n when_o the_o minister_n and_o churchwarden_n and_o sideman_n of_o every_o parish_n shall_v exhibit_v to_o their_o several_a ordinary_n the_o presentment_n of_o such_o enormity_n as_o have_v happen_v in_o their_o parish_n since_o their_o last_o presentment_n and_o this_o duty_n they_o shall_v perform_v before_o the_o new_o choose_a churchwarden_n and_o sideman_n be_v swear_v and_o shall_v not_o be_v suffer_v to_o pass_v over_o the_o say_a presentment_n to_o those_o that_o be_v new_o come_v into_o office_n and_o be_v by_o intendment_n ignorant_a of_o such_o crime_n under_o pain_n of_o those_o censure_n which_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o reformation_n of_o such_o dallier_n and_o dispenser_n with_o their_o own_o conscience_n and_o oath_n cxix_o convenient_a time_n to_o be_v assign_v for_o frame_v presentment_n for_o the_o avoid_n of_o such_o inconvenience_n as_o heretofore_o have_v happen_v by_o the_o hasty_a make_n of_o bill_n of_o presentment_n upon_o the_o day_n of_o the_o visitation_n and_o synod_n it_o be_v order_v that_o always_o hereafter_o every_o chancellor_n archdeacon_n commissary_n and_o official_a and_o every_o other_o person_n have_v ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n at_o be_v deliver_v to_o the_o churchwarden_n questmen_n and_o sideman_n of_o every_o parish_n or_o to_o some_o of_o they_o such_o book_n of_o article_n as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v require_v for_o the_o year_n follow_v the_o say_a churchwarden_n questmen_n and_o sideman_n to_o ground_v their_o presentment_n upon_o at_o such_o time_n as_o they_o be_v to_o exhibit_v they_o in_o which_o so_o detect_v or_o present_v to_o the_o archdeacon_n and_o the_o chancellor_n within_o the_o like_a time_n after_o the_o bishop_n visitation_n end_v and_o presentment_n receive_v shall_v under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_n signify_v to_o the_o archdeacon_n or_o his_o official_a the_o name_n and_o crime_n of_o all_o such_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v detect_v or_o present_v unto_o he_o in_o that_o visitation_n to_o the_o same_o intent_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o if_o these_o officer_n shall_v not_o certify_v each_o other_o as_o be_v here_o prescribe_v or_o after_o such_o certificate_n shall_v
